Missing the balloons
The pack arrived in the promised day. The banner is made of card and feels quite substantial. The dangling decorations come pre-attached which is useful. However there were no balloons in my order.

The spiral twirls all broke. Couldn't unwind them. The banner was easy to put up and the balloons were nice. Had no glue or ribbon as specified. Disappointed. Not value for money.
