We all have those items we didn't know we needed until we saw it on the internet and purchased it. I've had one of these for years. Have never used it for bread, however. I use it for lettuce and salads. It's a good size to just throw together a couple bags of different kinds of salad mix. I put a paper towel in the bottom to collect the moisture, and the salad mix stays fresh.

This brand lives up to the promise that it keeps your bread, fruits and veggies fresh longer! Highly recommended as a great way to save money on your groceries. I've got the whole set!

Bread box for breads and fresh veggies or fruits. Bread kept for almost a month and I used every slice of 3 1lb loaves. I put a paper towel in box, removed plastic bread wrapper and kept the bread box sealed on the counter. NO problems. Same with veggies, fruits and lunchmeats and cheese. I have over a 100 in assorted sizes and have bought for family and friends. I have 4 bread boxes and am ordering 2 more. I don't care for the bags but they are ok for lunchmeat and cheese in the fridge. It's NOT a leftover cooked foods storage container like Rubbermaid. Different applications.

If you don't use a loaf of bread fast, like me, it is great! Keeps it fresh!

Although it seems good for vegetables and such, it is NOT good as a bread box. My bread lasts longer in the counter without protection then in this container.

I’ve bought these years ago and have always thought they did well. I love this bigger one. Use it frequently for larger produce. Does great.

It seems to keep the bread fresher and it is the perfect size.

Well made and seals well.HOWEVER I placed 8 bananas in the keeper. 2 days later they were mush! Soft so I couldn’t peal them. I sliced off the peel and it was just not a texture I’d enjoy. Too soft. Like I’d placed them in a food processor for banana bread.I also bought a small package of the bags. Stay tuned for that review.Three stars because I don’t buy or eat bread, and I cannot give an opinion if the bread stays fresh.
