Got my hoover last week. As all the other reviews say my hoover stopped working properly after second time of charging. Works for 10seconds and then switches off itself. I was about to send it back. My mrs used the hoover today and same again turned off after 10 seconds. BUT all we needed to do was empty it and clean filter it works fine 😂. My only complaint is battery dont last very long about 12-15 min but it works great on the cat hair.I think they should put in the description about the empty and clean filter part. Loads of people must have sent this hoover back. When it actually works fine.Would recommend this product 100%

The battery on this thing is a joke. It barely lasts 10 minutes on a full charge, but takes forever to charge up. You'd be better off inhaling dust yourself.The suction power isn't exactly something to be enamoured by, either. Additionally, the outflow from this vacuum will blow 10x the dust around it all over the place, compared to what it will actually pick up.A terrible machine which very quickly found itself in the bin. Buy a Makita LXT vacuum cleaner - it's a bit more money upfront, but the return on investment is definitely there.

Before I received the hoover I was using a Vax Blade which I bought for £160 three years ago. It is ok but it is rather heavy, and as it is bulky you cannot manoeuvre it into small spaces, for example the side of the sofa or in crevices. Also the suction was rubbish so it could not suck up all the cat hair that accumulates on the rug and sofa.The Hoover's suction is great, and I am able to vacuum without having to move furniture out of the way as it is so slim it will fit in places that the Vax couldn't. I am very impressed with the suction - I didn't even have to use the special pet hair attachment to get rid of all the cat hair on the sofa.The battery life is poor, however I appreciate that if the battery were larger, the Hoover would also be larger. I haven't timed it but I estimate it lasted about 8 minutes. It recharges quickly, and the charging station is really handy as it holds the hoover securely whilst it is charging.The Hoover comes with several attachments and guides, but I decided to see if I could assemble it without using the guides - it was very quick and easy to put everything together.The only negative that I can think of is that when using the short attachments the outlet fans on the sides of the Hoover which blow out air whilst in use are angled such that the air gusts can disturb the stuff you are trying to suck up (loose hairs, dust, crud etc.) This can be a bit annoying as it spreads it further, but this is only a small niggle and I am definitely pleased with the Hoover. It is impressively powerful and does the job nicely.

This is part of an insider review for the H-Free Handheld. The vacuum arrived very well packed (so well, that I couldn't find some of the bits hiding under the cardboard sections!) and was easy to assemble. After placing on a desktop charger for the allotted time, the hoover was easy to use, lightweight and very good at picking up smaller crumbs. The motorised head is a joy to use and I would definitely recommend this for small jobs around the house rather than using a full size vacuum cleaner. I've used a great many of these devices, they sometimes lose suction or generally don't have enough power to complete a full job. This little device is excellent however and I have no hesitation in recommending it! Update : it can be a little frustrating that the main unit sometimes doesn’t connect to the base motor. You have to really push it in until you hear a faint click to ensure it’s secure.

The first thing to note is how compact this hoover is - I was initially dubious as to how much power it could have considering its size. However, so far I have been blown away by its performance. It picks up almost anything you can throw at it, and it has become our go to vacuum for cleaning up spills, crumbs, cat hair etc. It has also made it so much easier to vacuum the stairs - it takes a matter of minutes to get the stairs looking clean.Its incredibly lightweight and can hold a lot more dirt that you would think. It charges very quickly and has lasted at least 15 minutes every time we have used it.The charging cradle is unobtrusive and the machine slots into it really easily (unlike some others where you think you have sat the device in the charging point correctly, and come back several hours later to find it hasn't been charging!) Due to it's size, the cradle can pretty much be placed anywhere where you have a plug socket, and it doesn't look out of place.The filter is easy to clean and comes apart with no hassle.On a final side note, the item was packaged well and it felt like a really high end product as soon as I opened the box.Overall, I'm very impressed with this product and I would definitely recommend to others.

Great hoover, when it works.Battery doesn't last very long but it is pretty powerful. Unfortunately stopped working after 2 months. Red flashing light and the led light wouldn't turn off so drained the battery and now wont charge. Currently trying to order parts to fix from hoover direct. Not having much luck on that front!

Al principio funcionaba bastante bien aunque la potencia de absorción no era excesiva pero después de usarlo 3 o 4 veces empezó a apagarse 10 segundos después de encenderlo y ya es imposible utilizarlo pues la batería dura máximo 10 segundos.Me parece muy caro para lo que he obtenido y encima no me da la opción de devolver ni hablar con el vendedor...
