Great shoe for those busy toddlers on the go. For one, the soles have the right amount of traction to help prevent falls. My g’daughter has only been walking for a month and I noticed a big improvement in her ability to stabilize herself when making sudden movements. She quickly became confident wearing these and seemed to run more confidently and that new found freedom made for a happier baby. The cushion insert is removable should your toddler have wide feet. I love these and wish they made them in larger sizes.

These are such great first walking shoes. They’re really flexible and supportive for little feet and also have great traction. I love that t-strap un-velcroes all the way across to make it easier to get little feet in them.

We love these girlie, durable shoes. The color makes them really versatile to go with most outfits. Theyve held up really well and are so cute. This shoe gives my early walker lots of support and she never fusses putting them on.

Great$ for great quality footgear. Love that comes with 2 insoles so extra room can make it wide width!! So adorable in such a tiny size!

My daughter is almost two, and has always resented wearing socks and shoes (or long sleeves, or sometimes pants). We've had the best luck with Stride Rite shoes. Unfortunately, my older daughter is hard on shoes, so we didn't hand down any of her Stride Rite shoes larger than a size 4.5 or so. (I really don't fault the shoes...she just wears shoes to bits.)At any rate, my daughter had been wearing sandals all summer, and was flat-out refusing to go back to socks and shoes for fall. I came online to find a size 6 Mary Jane shoe like she had worn last winter.I came across these instead, and while the gold color would not have been my first pick, the price was right. She was so excited when they arrived, and quickly wanted to put them on...for about 30 seconds.But the next morning, she let me put them on when she was getting dressed, and she has willingly worn them daily since then. I came back last week to order the silver pair.The shoes have held up for a month, and look nearly new. She had very average (not wide) feet and can put these on by herself. (Right in the middle of that "I do it" phase, so I appreciate that.)I'm a bit bummed that these don't appear to be available in a larger size, so we'll be on the lookout for a new shoes in a few months. But if these hold up (as they should...this one isn't nearly as rough on shoes) we'll use them for her little sister as well. (Or be back to get her own pair.)

Great rose gold metallic color makes this a perfect shoe. Fit is great and I love the removable insert for wider feet.

Fits well, and provides enough grip on the floor for my toddler to play. Seems comfortable enough! She is often eager to put these shoes on and leave them on, so no complaints here.

I think this is my first Amazon review ever - but as a mom who has been searching for MONTHS for a shoe that properly fits my daughter's loaf-of-bread feet, it feels worth my time if it can help other parents in the same predicament. My daughter's feet are almost triangular. Right after her toes, her arch angles up. None of the cute little plastic sneaker Converse/Vans looking kid shoes work for her. She wore moccasins for a long time, but I was looking for something that has more ankle support and a thicker sole now that she's really running/climbing as an active 18 mo old. She's 35 lbs and wearing 3t clothes, so sizing is always a trial and error thing for us. We ordered a size 6 for her. What I love about these is that the foam insert is removable for extra space. Then once they stretch out a bit as she wears them, I can always put it back in later if needed. I also like that the velcro is all along the strappy parts so that I can make it looser or tighter as needed. Plus, the rose gold tint and little heart is just enough cuteness without being so obnoxious that they don't match anything. It took her a few wears to get accustomed to the tread and resistance since it's much stronger than moccasins, she can't drag her feet in these or else she trips. But she got the hang of it eventually and is probably better for it in terms of proper form. They also have nice fabric lining so the back of her heel isn't getting cut/blistered as she's wearing them in. Worth the extra cost for me knowing I finally have something that's supportive and safe for her.
