Presses well. Excellent Customer service
This press offers great results. It’s a little unstable if you swing the arm around. I’d prefer clamp or ability to bolt it down.The hat press takes some practice and is hard (for me) to keep tight fitting.The accessories are attached easily.Excellent customer server! Very quick responses and shipped replacement part sooo fast. Very impressive

Do NOT Purchase
Do not purchase this product unless you enjoy throwing money away. The heat press broke within a few months. The seller sent me a replacement piece, and it broke again within a few months. I don’t have the money or time to purchase a new heat press every few months. This is NOT worth your time or money. The SELLER is also a third party seller so that means Amazon doesn’t assist you and the seller doesn’t respond back to your messages. Worthless, and a waste of money.

Good for a year.
The media could not be loaded. Things were going good until now… the press doesn’t heat up anymore… and I got it back in august 2022.

This is a good product.
I have made about 50 shirts with no issues. The only thing I have noticed, that doesn't really cause issues, is that it does not stay at temp. The good thing is it only goes down in temp not up. So if it is set at 300 it goes up to temp then down to 298ish. The only thing I don't like is the hot plate is very loose. It does always line up with the bottom plate. Then there is the pieces that hold the bottom plate that allows it to slide. The screws were stripped out upon arrival, so I replaced them with screw with a bolt and no more trouble.

Good purchase
Bought this for my son as he wants to get into making his own apparel line. It works well. It could be a little easier to use, but for a starter it works great. The only thing is the heat has caused some of the paint to peel on the articulating arm.

Might have to tighten all the screws, but it's perfect
I have seen all the reviews on how it don't get to the right temperature I was scared but we took a chance and bought one and am glad mine is perfect get hot like it's supposed to, only thing just tighten all the screws before you use it

Good for a small budget !
Great upgrade from my old, smaller press. My only complaint is about the tray, it slides in and out which is great but there's no stopper so if you pull too hard or far it just falls out, and it's greased so it makes quite a mess. Just a learning curve from my old press I guess.
