I wish I had bought this pan a while ago! It is super flat, the non-stick is excellent and it's also quite deep so my lids will clear things like thick chicken breasts easily. The removable silicon heatgard on the handle also lets me stick it in the broiler when doing a frittata. Great product.

Useful, easy to clean

This is a quality pan. The only problem is that it didn’t work on my induction hob, so had to go back. I was gutted because it is a lovely and solid pan.

Absolutely fantastic, I purchased the 20 inch and 30 inch versions of this pan.These are the best pans I have ever used, amazingly nonstick, sturdy and generally great. Although the 30inch is a whopper and a little on the heavy side.

Nice little pan, well made and super nonstick.

So besides being scratched by a metal fork, non stick is fabulous spreads heat across nicely .

I have been buying Tramontina frying pans for years from Costco. Love the removable silicon handle so you can put it in the oven. Brilliant to keep clean. Best frying pans going in my opinion and cheaper than what I can buy them for at Costco!!

Very good quality frying pan

Non stick as it gets, perfect for eggs and omelettes. Care to use wodden or silicone utensils. Build quality is good, feels very nice while handling.

How can you review something like a non-stick pan, unless you're using it a year or so to confirm the coating lasts? I bought it because the NY Times review said it was the best one. We'll see.!

Does not work with induction

I purchased this item as it was advertised as being compatible with induction. Unfortunately, it was not.
