Too brittle to be of use
OK, I like the idea. Anything that helps get rid of plastic from our seas has to be a good thing. In this case, however, the negatives far outweigh the positives. These straws are incredibly flimsy and brittle. When trying to extend the bendy section, it’s almost inevitable that the straw will split, leaving it useless. I often find myself discarding three or four straws before getting one to stay intact. Think I’ll go on to re-useable instead. Sorry, I don’t like leaving negative comments, but these really are a waste of money.

Crap. It's pot luck if you get one that works
Around 1/3 seem to be fit only for the bin. We've lost count of the number of times we've sat down to enjoy a nice mocktail, only to have to traipse back into the kitchen to get another straw as the other is broken(split at the top) and won't suck any liquid up. Just ordered some reusable bamboo ones instead.

Faulty straws
Most of the straws I have used have a hole at the bend so makes them very difficult to use the straw. I have to put a piece of sellotape around the bend for the straw to function correctly

Danger
They're so brittle that any pressure on them causes them to crack and break no matter how gentle you are. This is not safe.

Not for warm drinks.
I like the straws, they are easy to drink through and good value. The only downside is they are not for hot drinks, coffee etc. As they melt.

Not fit for purpose.
Straws are not durable. Easily crack and break when pressed. There is a kind of raw smell. Very poor quality. Not fit for purpose. Product should be withdrawn from sale.

Not fit for purpose
Useless. Split at the bend on numerous straws. Poor quality and not fit for purpose

Faulty Straws
The majority of the straws have a hole in them and cannot be used. We are throwing away more than we are using.
