Fairly Ideal, I think.
Im new to the IFAK market and tried to configure something of a "Stop the bleed" EDC kit. That would consist of what's in the FalconTac Tactical EMT Pouch as well as the pre-stocked Rescue Essentials Tactical Ankle Medical Kit which you may also find on Amazon. What I filled this FalconTac Tactical EMT Pouch are items I figured should be adequate to meet most emergencies where the situation might call for treating two people. If you're mixing and matching for what items you feel should go into an IFAK, I can tell you this thing holds quite a bit; isnt all that bulky considering; can fit on your belt without being too noticeable to you, (unless sitting in an arm chair), or uncomfortable that it can generally effortlessly be an everyday carry item. With the molle webbing of course, you could also attach it to your ruck or bug-out bag.So, what do I have in this pouch right now? All you see pictured including:1 ea. Mylar Blanket1 ea. 6 in. Israeli bandage1 pr. Trauma Shears.1 ea. Roll 2in cloth tape.1 ea. 3in. Roller gauze bandage.2 ea. Hyfin Chest Seals1 ea. 5x9 in. Trauma pad1 ea. 4x4 gauze.2 ea. 3 in. x 2ft. Quick Clot gauze1 ea. 4.5 in x 4.1 yrd. NAR Compression gauze.1 ea. 2 in. x 2 in gauze.1 roll. 2 in. x 26 in. duct tape6 ea. Alcohol pads.Assorted medicine cabinet type bandages. The front outside pocket snuggly fits a CAT type tourniquet, which is about the only type thats going to fit. Too much room for a ratts, and too little for a SOFT-W .Ive just got to purchase a single packaged no 28 NPA, which Im certain will fit along side the pressure bandage and Im off to the carnage.Again, I think its fairly ideal for my needs and worth consideration.

Great Pouch. Great Value.
Excellent construction - stitching is tight and even. Quality material - zippers are solid and the cordura nylon is heavy without being bulky. Roomy - I have one each of 4" & 6" Israeli bandages, Quick Clot gauze, a small roll of regular gauze, a nose hose, a decomp needle, and shears inside. All of it secured by the interior elastic. Tourniquet is in the outside pocket where it is intended to go. Full? Yes. Impossibly so? No. Compact - uses only two Mille rows. Every bit the equal, if not superior to, another, much more expensive pouch of the same style from another brand. Bonus points for the red tab sewn inside the pouch that extends through the top between the zippers which can be used for rapid, one-handed access. Four stars for durability only because I've not used it in the field for an extended period. However, I don't anticipate any issues; just a "wait-n-see" kinda thing. Most highly recommended.

Nice Pouch
A bit small to fit everything you would need for a normal first aid kit, but perfect for a backpack or seat back panel.

Excellent Little Pouches
If you've had any deployment experience, these are about half the size of the typical CLS kit that you affix to your belt and strap onto your leg. They're larger than the general issue IFAK, though. Good enough for the basics. Mine are stuffed to the brim with the following (while still keeping all items secure when opened):-CAT Tourniquet and trauma sheers fit neatly in the front pouch together.-Trauma bandage (inside).-Chest seal kit (inside).-Quick clot gauze (inside).-Booboo kit (zimplock bag with assorted bandaides, tape, etc.) (inside).

This bag is a game changer!
This bag is amazing for the price! First off most tq holders are the same price as a cat tq aka expensive so this is a great alternative. It hold the tq nice and snug so it doesn't accidently go anywhere, but when you need it, its fast and easy to grab. The inside holds a lot of stuff even though it looks small. I was just testing with random stuff I had laying around and it comfortably held a chest seal, cat tq, 2 bleed stops, 2 trauma pads, 1 compressed wound packing gauze in the full package, and scissors. It could fit 1 or 2 more things still. My only complaints is the pouches for it on the inside are a little weird for me, but I think its a personal thing and it sure won't stop me from using this! It has a quick pull tab on the inside you can use or you can leave it folded in and jt doesn't bother anything. A really good finishing touch. I have never rambled on this much in a review, but it was worth it for finding this bag. Beyond perfect ifak! Holds everything and takes so little space!!

Decent, but doesn’t come with patch as shown.
A decent enough medical pouch, very similar to the 5.11 of similar style. I would have given this 5 stars, but mine did not come with the medical cross patch as shown, so that definitely diminishes the value here.

Stout EDC pouch
This pouch has a strong zipper and storage on the I side for four chest seals, two quick clot packs, gauze packs, an Israeli bandage, a CPR mouth garden kit, a ten pack of bandages, a pair of latex gloves and a slim rapid tourniquet. On the outside front there is a velcro strap to secure shears and a Cat tourniquet. The outside back has some mollie webbing and two removal straps with snaps.Very impressed with this little guy. The material is thick and robust. Falcon built this right!

Good bang for the buck
Great value for the price, are they as nice as some of the higher end pouches? No but for the money they can’t be beat if you need multiple and don’t want to break the bank, they hold a more stuff than what you think they can
