Dr. MartensWomen's Chelsea Boot

I wanted a pair of shoes I could wear with anything in my closet and these are those shoes! They can go from the office to a night out listening to a band at your local dive bar. They look cute with pants and jeans and skirts and dresses. I haven’t worn them with shorts yet, but I bet they would elevate that look too. Speaking of elevate, those lug soles will give you those extra inches of height that will have you strutting into the room like an Amazonian goddess.They are heavy, no doubt, but what’s the point in stomping around in little ballerina flats? You are a force of nature and your shoes should be too. You don’t forget leg day with these clunkers. I think my calf muscles have toned just by repeated wear of these booties.As for sizing, these are fairly standard docs. They might be a little roomier to be honest, but that allowed me to add some arch support to them and it has made them so comfortable I can’t believe it. It only took a day or two before they were perfect.

These killer boots run large so size down, but they are incredibly comfortable and super stylish for me (a woman) even though they’re marketed as mens. I have high arches and lean toward wide and wear a 10 in most brands but always order a 9 in Docs. These boots are perfect. Elastic gusset in the inside leaves room for high arches even with a zip on the outside. Comfy from the first wearing. No break in time needed! These will be in regular rotation with everything from jeans to dresses. Perfect, solid, great quality Docs.

Caution - I wear men’s 9 Unisex?. Too tight. I re-ordered men’s size 10. Love the fit.

I was a little unsure about ordering these because I’m partial to the classic yellow stitching which these don’t have, but I saw them at a great price on Amazon Warehouse (“Like New”) and I’m glad I gave them a try! I think they’re dressier in all black, and they still have the doc martens’ yellowish sole, plus their overall look and quality. They are made with DM’s smooth leather which is pretty stiff to start and are a bit hard to get on your feet because of that, so I imagine they will take some time to break in but I put some wonder balsam on them, ran the hairdryer over them and am hopeful! I would say they run slightly large, would usually wear a 10 1/2 men’s and ordered a 10 and they seem about right.

Currently on my 9th pair of doc marten Chelsea boots. The first pair were manufactured in China were a perfect fit, lasted a long time and were great. Every pair since was manufactured in Vietnam. The Vietnam made Chelsea boots are bigger than listed on the box and the boot itself. Like atleast half a size bigger I've returned a few pairs and every pair from Vietnam is too large.The quality control in Vietnam manufactured docs is terrible. Leather quality is inconsistent as each pair ends up with leather splits in different places. The elastic always gives out and the boots get loose in the ankles. My most recent pair had the elastic give out in just two weeks. Image attachedI've been wearing doc martens exclusively since 1994. I've had over 30 pairs. I love the Chelsea boot as I've been wearing multiple pairs since 2017. Buyer beware though. The soles last and grip like doc martens but the leather, sizing and elastic is hit or miss with doc marten Chelsea boots manufactured in Vietnam.

I've had this boot before in brown, size 11 men's u.s. I purchased the same boot again (wish they made half sizes) in black, but went for the size 10. I have a wide foot and usually wear a size 11 shoe, but after breaking in the previous one I found them to be very roomy and shuffled a bit with my walk. It is a stylish, and comfortable boot. Especially if your doing dirty work and standing, It's ideal. No break in was required for me in the black, but the brown were a bit stiff at first. As far as quality.. I think the material of the leather could have been of better make and quality, but your sorta paying for that dm name. Other than that the boot still holds up well in the roughest of conditions and I would recommend this boot to someone looking for a comfortable, waterproof work boot with style.

I've had these boots for about two weeks now and so far I love them!I am a size 8.5 and ordered a size 8 as suggested by most users and they fit perfectly. My feet have room to breath, yet they're not swimming in empty space. I was worried that I might have a hard time getting them on since I have really high arches but the elastic parts on the side make that a nonissue.They were a little uncomfortable the first few times I wore them (because of my high arches) but the leather molded to fit my feet like a glove in less than a week. Now they are sooo comfortable and my feet don't hurt from walking all day.I am really surprised at how warm they are too, I wasn't expecting that and I'm excited to have a warm, waterproof boot for the winter.Personally, I love to wear them with long socks and then fold the sock over the top of the boot. It gives them a little more style than just being all black and it helps to keep the leather at the top from rubbing on my ankle.The only thing about these boots I "don't like" is that when I tuck my skinny jeans into them they always get pushed up and out, but I just tuck em back in and move on with my day.

I own this exact model boot in black and I love it. Unfortunately, this boot must have been incorrectly sized, as it was entirely too small. I couldn't get my foot into the boot. In more traditional mens footwear, I typically wear a 9.5 D.A Dr Martens size 9 normally fits me. I'm guessing that this may have a women's size 9, which translates to mens sizing to approximately an 8 in mens shoes.

Ojo por que quedan un poco más grandes del número que viene especificado, por todo lo demás muy buenas como siempre, vale la pena esperar a que estén en descuento

la qualità dei materiali dr Martens non è una novità...i primi tempi vi sembrerà di indossare ferri da stiro in piombo...ma col passare del tempo prenderanno la forma del piede adattandosi perfettamente...sono più rigidi della tradizionale versione con i lacci ma la qualità è la stessa
