A nice gammon joint. Roasts well.
A very nice and tasty gammon joint.Not too much added water, I tend to to roast rather than boil mine.I do like the crispy burnt edges.Not too salty either. Which can sometimes be an issue when you roast rather than boil.The joint itself is a very nice cut, no large fat veins running through it. Just good clean meat.Overall, I'm very impressed.
