The sizing for these is way off, I am usually a size small sometimes a medium. I have never been a size large in my life and its tight on me. No I haven't gained weight or anything. It really digs in around the armpits and back and gives the bra bulge.I will say the material is a nice quality and very soft. Size up once or twice and you should be fine!

Mostly flattering and well fitting without digging in (I am UK 14 and ordered an L). I can sprint and do weights in it without it rolling up much (which I can't say for many more expensive brands). The material is really soft, has a nice stretch and decent thickness to it.The only thing to pick on is the shape of the front bra section - it sort of goes inward just where you don't want it to and basically shows off any under arm bulge if you have it. Overall a good bra for the price, probably wouldn't buy again due to the straps/front.
