This thing is huge. The netting looks well made and hard to tear even after snagging on rocks and twigs. The netting is very light but will stay in place if properly staked or attached to a frame. I ended up making a frame out of pvc piping and zipped tied the netting to the frame. This way the whole thing is easily dissembled and put away when swimming season starts. It’s been great keeping leaves from sinking to the bottom and easily to sweep with the pool net.I haven’t even trimmed the excessive netting but instead rolled it up and tucked it under the pvc framing. It doesn’t look pretty but is functional.This was a viable option for less than a $100 when compared to other more expensive options. We were quoted several thousand for a pool cover! My friends liked how simple it was to do and borrowed my idea for their pools.

This net is just as advertised and arrived as predicted. The only negative I could give is that, due to its large size coupled with the tendency of netting to catch on anything and everything while getting in position, it would have been nice to know in advance which was the long or short side (we guessed wrong!) so as to pre-position it near our pond. They could put a simple diagram on the package to help.This is a really good net and overall experience.Mike from Oklahoma

I've used this net for the past three years to cover my koi pond from falling leaves, and it works great! It stays tight and withstands cold winters that can include ice and snow.

Another reviewer gave me the idea - use a tension line plus a PVC frame around the pool to create a leaf barrier for Fall. We have a lot of trees and this is the perfect solution - allows us to clean the pool and access our Robotic cleaner, but provides a mesh barrier to keep the leaves out. We just had Hurricane Ian in NC and there were no issues with this net holding up. Kept a lot of large leaves/branches out of the pool. We wrap the extra under the PVC frame. In spring/Summer we just pull apart our pvc frame and store in the Shed.

This a very lightweight yet durable net that covered our large koi pond very nicely!

We are using this for our blueberry bushes, we made a frame of sorts and put this on the frame, holding it down with bricks. It is nearly invisible though so we bought some of the holographic bird tape so that the little birds wouldn't try to fly into it and get tangled. It would be nice if this were a bright color or something so it is more readily seen, my dog even bumped into it.

We bought this to wrap around the fence (we have moose and bear, so the trees have to be fenced)and over the top of our cherry trees...think of a big present. The netting went around and over everything, with a separate section cut out to access the trees. We had so many cherries last year it was insane! Not a single bird was able to get at the tree and the netting held up perfectly! At the end of the season we carefully took it down and rolled it up to store for the next season....in a couple of weeks we will re-wrap the trees. Given the number of cherries we had last year I will probably be giving a bunch away or canning them....we had more cherries than we knew what to do with last year!

It worked out great for our intended purpose
