I looked at quite a few different massage guns before settling on this one and I'm glad I did.The gun itself is a little bigger than I was expecting but it's comfortable to hold and it feels sturdy, not like some cheap plastic thing that's going to shake itself apart within a matter of days. It has some weight to it but not so much that it becomes too heavy with prolonged use. The controls are simple to use and very touch-responsive. It arrived with 70% power, so I was able to use it immediately.It comes in a very nice carry case, which has separate slots for the massage gun itself, the charging unit (which had the UK 3-pin plug on it) and each of the attachments. I particularly like this case as I've seen some others with pretty poor quality cases, some of which have no slots for the attachments or charger, so everything's basically unprotected and/or rattling around loose inside the case. That might be fine if you don't intend to take it anywhere but in my opinion, this one is much better; well protected outside and well organised inside. There's also a warranty card and a user manual in the case, the latter of which gives you all the information you need about operating the massage gun and which attachment to use for which part of the body.In terms of functionality, the massage gun and the various attachments are excellent. The attachments just slot in and out with a bit of force, but not too much and they're very secure during use. The gun has plenty of power with 20 speed settings but the 4-6 range is comfortable for most body parts and you can go up to the 8-10 range for larger muscles such as the quads without any problems.That said, I don't think I'd want that much power around my neck or shoulders. I don't know who anyone could use this with the speed at 20 but it's nice to have the headroom I guess; I'd rather it had more power than necessary rather than too little. It also switches off after 15 minutes and personally, I've found that to be more than enough time to do what I've needed to do with it. If you did want to use it for longer, you can simply turn it on for another 15 minutes, of course.In terms of power consumption, it seems very reasonable. As I said, it arrived with 70% charge, right out of the box and I've used it for about an hour in total (over a period of days) since then, which has dropped that charge down to just 60%. I don't think I'll need to charge this more than once every couple of weeks or so, which I don't have any problems with.All in all, I'm extremely happy with this product. I've used it after every gym session this week and it's definitely helped loosen up my muscles and speed up recovery.

I’m always on the lookout for time-saving tech that has an immediate impact to my sport and lifestyle.Over the last few months I’ve found that the day to day strains of picking up a baby and bending over to change nappies can take their toll on your body as much as any Ironman event or sportive.Personally I’ve really struggled with sharp burning pains through my neck and shoulders and even though I have multiple foam rollers they never quite hit the spot and it can be quite challenging to find the exact angle to release the pressure points.I've seen various massage guns on the market before but they all looked rather bulky, loud and v.expensive, however I decided to take the plunge and purchase this one from Renpho. I was already a happy customer having used their digital scales so had no concerns about trusting another product from the same brand.I’m only a few days in to using the massage gun but not only have I found it easy to use, but I've been really impressed with its versatility and immediate results. I've struggled in the past with tight hamstrings, IT band and shin splints in my calves. These are just some of the areas I've been able to target the massage gun and adjust the speed according to sensitivity,I like that the gun comes in a handy travel case with dedicated slots for all the accessories and although I thought it initially seemed a little bulky, on reflection the length of the handle does allow you to reach around to those hard-to-get spot in your back. The soft grip handle also helps make this easy to do.The gun is quiet, even at high speeds, and it’s simple to switch the various massage heads in and out when working on various muscle groups. The instruction manual advises which accessories are better suited to which muscles.I’ll admit I still had some reservations about the product when I purchased it...“Will it work?”“Is this just another gadget?”But in hindsight, this may prove to be one of my best purchases of 2020.

The different heads work best in different areas and the 20 levels of speed means that I can dial it in to exactly the right intensity I need.I found the massager easy to use. There is a small switch at the bottom of the device which you use to turn the device on initially, but from there all of the control is done through touch-buttons on the back of the device. The buttons are a little bit difficult to reach if you're trying to use this one-handed, but I found them to be highly responsive. It's clear that this is a high-quality, well-made product!The 8 hour battery life is impressive, too! My device arrived fully charged a week ago and the battery indicator hasn't dropped a single digit (as you can see in my video - the battery level is recorded from 1-6). In addition, the whole package came in a good quality zip-up case, making this perfect for travel.

I love this product. It my 'go to' when I experience aching, and fatigued in my muiscles, plus it helps to relieve pain. Very usefulk after the gym.

He hecho siempre deporte y en estos momentos estoy preparando una oposición donde la carrera es muy importante, tengo una lesión plantar, además de sobrecargas por el volumen de ejercicio. Llevo un día con la pistola de percusión y de momento funciona a la perfección, viene preparada como en las fotos, con sus plásticos protectores en el display, en la marca, y metida en una caja. Tiene botón de on/off en la parte donde se carga, además del botón de inicio del aparato. Una vez encendida se puede regular la intensidad hasta 20 niveles. En el display tenemos a la derecha el nivel de carga y a la izquierda los niveles de trabajo. Los acoples que trae son los habituales en estas máquinas y suficientes. Es silenciosa, se siente bien en las manos, no pesa en exceso.Hay que tener en cuenta unas indicaciones a la hora se usarla. No la pueden usar personas operadas recientemente, o con marcapasos etc, además también tenemos que usarla con los acoples para cada zona y no insistir más de unos pocos minutos 3-5 minutos máximo por músculo. Tampoco se puede aplicar en zonas de hueso o cercanas a grupos venosos grandes (detrás de las rodillas por ejemplo) ni en la cabeza. Además hay que estar pendiente porque pueden salir hematomas (no es lo normal). Se puede aplicar en el cuello pero con muchísimo cuidado. Es válida para ayudar a rehabilitar pequeñas lesiones musculares, sobrecargas así como preparación para el ejercicio y una relajación post ejercicio.Dudaba mucho sobre este tipo de aparatos y sobre todo cuál comprar ya que hay cientos de opciones, de momento le valoro con 5 estrellas, iré actualizando mis experiencias, espero que dure mucho el producto.

My wife and I were discussing this very subject the other night.We take our time with virtually any significant purchase. We read endless amounts of reviews. We price shop on multiple platforms. We ask our friends for any relevant opinions they may have. And yet, rarely does a product measure up enough to still be so revered after the newness wears off. On those rare occasions that it does still impress after time passes, the likelihood that you would still be raving about the item was obvious right out of the gate. I regularly play in Senior Softball Tournaments and a few months ago, I noticed that a couple of the guys were bringing different Massage Guns into the dugout to work on their sore, stiff muscles between innings. I also saw guys successfully releasing excruciating muscle spasms/cramps. Everyone who used one of these Massage Guns were big advocates. So... I decided last week to give it try myself.Purchased it on Amazon. Had it in my hands in 2 days. Charged up the Battery fully. Here we go...WOW!! I’ve found that while it’s incredibly relaxing to regularly use this Gun on just about every muscle group (for me) the greatest measure of its effectiveness is using it immediately after a workout. My recovery time is reduced by better than HALF. When you’re 50+, that is a huge benefit. While I primarily use it on my legs, I also work my shoulder and neck for a quick and effective tension release. The crazy amount of Battery life is also worth mentioning. I got well over 9 full hours on the first full charge. That’s 9 hours of ‘actual use’ with the intensity setting between 7 and 14. The Display is simple, easy to read, with just the right amount of pertinent information. While I’ve only used the large ball attachment and the fork attachment thus far, I’m sure that I’ll eventually try them all. The sturdy molded storage case is also a very nice touch.While this particular Massage Gun had only a few reviews, I still eventually settled on this Renpho Massage Gun. The price was more than competitive and I liked buying it directly from the Manufacturer. I also chose it, in no small part, because no matter how hard I tried, I simply couldn’t find a significant number of reviewers that had ANYTHING bad to say about Renpho. Across ALL of their many product offerings, virtually every customer was singing their praise. In today’s world where almost everyone complains about something, I found the lack of complaints w/ Renpho to be very reassuring.All in all, I can’t be absolutely certain how I’ll feel about this purchase in a year, but if I were to place a wager on it, my money is 100% on how I feel right now... “VERY, VERY HAPPY w/ MY PURCHASE!!

Renpho Massagepistole Rezension-Durch Nacken und Rückenverspannungen die durch die Homeoffice Arbeit ausgelöst wurden, habe ich nach einem Gerät gesucht welches meinen Beschwerden entgegen wirkt. Da wir mit Renpho bislang nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht hatten, wurde direkt geschaut ob Renpho eine eigene Massagepistole anbietet. Kurz bei Amazon geschaut und direkt wie von Renpho gewöhnt, eine Massagepistole für einen guten Preis gefunden. Zu unserem Bestellzeitraum wurde uns noch ein Zusätzlicher Rabattgutschein in Höhe von 6% angeboten, den wir dankend entgegengenommen haben.- Der Versand lief wie immer zügig ab. Das Gerät wird in einer Art Koffer geliefert, mit dem es wunderbar möglich ist, das Gerät auch mit in den Urlaub oder beispielsweise auf Geschäftsreisen zu nehmen. Innerhalb des Koffers befinden sich eine kleine Anleitung, die die verschiedenen Modi und Aufsätze zur präzisen Anwendung erläutert, die Massagepistole an sich und 6 verschiedene Aufsätze um allen Muskelgruppen gerecht zu werden.- Das Gerät ist sehr handlich, sodass man an alle verspannten Bereichen am Körper ansetzen kann. Für meinen Geschmack könnte man das Gewicht etwas reduzieren, da man bei etwas längerem Gebrauch einen schweren Arm bekommen kann. Die Lautstärke des Gerätes ist in der Beschreibung als leise angegeben. Ich kann leider keinen Vergleich zu Geräten anderer Hersteller ziehen, jedoch finde ich das Gerät, in höhere Einstellungen etwas lauter. Die Verarbeitung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die 20 verschiedenen Geschwindigkeitsstufen sind für meinen Bedarf mehr als ausreichend. Das Touchdisplay funktioniert wie es soll und die Batteriekapazität bis 8 Stunden ist durchaus groß, wird aber meines Erachtens nach nicht benötigt. Die Hälfte der Zeit hätte zugunsten des Gewichts gereicht.- Die Massagepistole wird für Neulinge am Anfang etwas ungewohnt sein, jedoch nach und nach zu den gewünschten Erfolgen führen. Einmal dran gewöhnt entspannt es mit jeder weiteren Anwendung die Muskeln und hilft mir persönlich weiter.- Wer nach einer Massagepistole mit wirklich gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sucht, der ist mit diesem Gerät von Renpho bestens bedient.

The media could not be loaded.  Ce masseur Renpho électrique m'a vraiment surpris par son poids et sa puissance, en effet je m'attendais à un appareil bien plus petit et léger mais on a en main un masseur qui respire la robustesse et la qualité de fabrication.Cependant, je pense qu'il faut le manier avec précaution car ça envoie du lourd ! En effet je l'ai pas mal utilisé au niveau des cervicales afin de faire passer des petites douleurs que j'avais depuis une 10aine de jours et je pense avoir un peu trop forcé sur la dose car j'avais de nouvelles douleurs pendant plusieurs jours après utilisation.Il est un peu tôt pour juger de ses capacités réelles et de son efficacité mais je compte bien le montrer à mon kyné lors de ma prochaine consultation afin qu'il me donne son avis bien plus pertinent.
