I was skeptical and now I’m hooked - customer for life. The warmers are beautiful, I love that you’re not dealing with replacement bulbs and they have timers, so your wax scents last longer and the smell remains noticeable.Also, the ease of the silicon trays - so clean, no mess! Super easy to let the wax harden, pop out and replace.I had an issue with 1 warmer, but I received exceptionally fast customer service and an above and beyond resolution. I will be using this company for all of my “make my house smell incredible” needs.

I got the white one, and it’s aesthetically pleasing! I thought it would look bulky, but it’s very pretty in my kitchen. I also love the three setting times. It’s worth the money.

This thing has been amazing. I use it to keep my master bedroom smelling fresh. The timer function works perfectly and is really what sets this above the rest. I just do the three hour increments on low heat once or twice a day to keep my space smelling wonderful. You can use any wax you like, I've used many different brands and scents to find what I like (I use wax melts from Stirling Soap because they have wax melts in masculine scents like Sandpiper). I've had mine for over 6 months now and it's been perfect. The melted wax easily pops out of the tray when you need fresh wax.The only thing to mention is that the silicon tray leaks, so some wax builds underneath it and every now and then I need to scrape it up from the heating plate as well as the outside of the silicon tray. I can't tell if there's a microscopic tear or if the melted wax can just penetrate the material naturally, I can't see any tears or imperfections in the tray, and I'm not sure how the wax is leaking underneath. But it comes up easy so it doesn't bother me too much. It takes 3-5 minutes to scrape it clean with my thumbnail and I do that maybe once a month or less.

Love this marble happy wax melter. Love the glow from the melter and the happy wax fragrances last and are strong enough to go through my main floor of the house. Love the timer,too. I love it so much that I will buy another for the downstairs.

I love the ease of popping my hardened wax out when I want to switch scents! I did not order wax melts from this company, although they sure are cute! I use the traditional bar that is separated into small squares and I use two squares at a time. It looks like there is room for more than just two, but that is what I use. If I want to change my scents and I am in a hurry, I’ll just take the silicon well off the top and put it in the fridge and it speeds up the hardening time. Prior to using this wax melt, every time I wanted to change the wax I had to grab a warm bowl and take it to the garbage and drain the liquid wax into the garbage and then take a paper towel and attempt to get the wax out. It worked but it was wasteful. Now I just pop my wax out when it is hard! Since I saw reviews that talked about issues with there being residue, I just quick run mine under warm water maybe once a month and I haven’t had that issue. I keep my warmer on continuously and I leave it on high because otherwise there is an almost vibration type noise that can be heard which I didn’t love…but on high the noise is no longer audible…at least to myself and my husband (both early 40’s).

Happy Wax melt warmers are one of the best ways to make your whole area/floor/room smell good. We had one that stopped working after a few years, so bought this. The only problem I see is that when you set the timer for x hours, it stays lit on that measurement, so doesn't show remaining time. Our old one used to and it was a nice feature. We love these and use them on two floors of our house.

I really enjoyed this product so I used it like every other night. I bought soooo many different scents and a second one I loved it so much. The more I used it the more the color changed. On the sides it's like yellow and burning through. Even the silicone top isn't has strong as it was and it discolored like a tubberware that has spaghetti stains.

She is so pretty and easy to use, I saw nothing but fantastic reviews and when I saw the terracotta style was available I had to snatch it up... Totally worth the price within 30 minutes- an hour after I started it for the first time I could smell it from down the hall... I love the power level options also... not overly bright which I also love... 10/10 recommend! But do yourself a favor and get the wax scents from your local grocer for $2

Pros: it has a 3, 6, 9 hour timer. The silicone dish makes it super easy to pop out the wax.Cons: I have to place this on high mode because the lower modes the lamp makes a faint white noise sound. When I purchased this, I thought it was made with real stone, but it's plastic picture of stone.Overall a good wax warmer.

This is a must have for candle lovers

I returned the item. The heat source was too far from the wax to provide any aroma. Auto timer did not work either

Heats up the wax quickly and looks nice, but wax seems to somehow leak through the silicone basket and pools under it. The bottom part needs to be cleaned between each use which defeats the purpose of having a silicone tray.
