I’ve recently been suffering from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. I’m fairly young (27) and was walking around in pain constantly. Some days I would just cry because I couldn’t even stand to walk short distances, from getting out of bed or my car. I even had friends joke about me needing a walker. Anyways, I had purchased this right before seeing a specialist about my feet issues. The first time I wore it yes it is very uncomfortable after maybe the first 20 minutes. But I figured I’d push through to get some relief if any the next morning. After I removed it, and stood up I was amazed! I cried to my husband that I was actually able to walk to the bathroom without excruciating pain. Yes there was still discomfort but it was so much better than what I had been dealing with daily. I usually wear this twice daily for as long as I can take the discomfort, because I now see it as a necessary discomfort for a pain free result. I’ve experienced such a huge difference since using this product. Definitely worth the buy!

Got this brace for severe plantar fasciitis. I had been icing/elevating/stretching/resting my foot for a few weeks and nothing really worked. Broke down and tried this. I put it on about an hour before bed, after icing, stretching and resting. Went to bed, tossed and turned for an hour. Gave up, couldn't sleep in it, it's too bulky and hard. BUT, when I got up this morning, it was much less painful, which I am attributing to the 2 hours of wearing it the night before. Was very happy with the reduction of pain, so I went ahead and put it on for another 2 hours this morning and I have to say it's feeling much, much better. I'm hoping the trend continues. Will try to update this in a few days.Ok, now it's been a few days and it does help. Still can't sleep in it, but using it for a few hours before bed and an hour when I first wake up, and once or twice during the day, I've found more relief than I've had in weeks. For the first time in ages I didn't limp to the bathroom in the morning! Hoping another week or two and I can get back to the gym!

I found it started hurting the right side of my foot , near the baby toe, so I stopped using it

If your reading this then your like me and read all reviews. This is not a good brace. Don’t buy.

This is a very well built product. It is comfortable and holds my foot at a 90 degree angle with no problem. I have tried several styles of these braceses and this by far the Best one i have ever owned.

Comfortable but a small was too small because of the hard plastic and Velcro strap.

Best part about this boot you can sleep in it!!!Not as bulky as others.

Items isn't awful, many of the reviews commented it doesn't stretch enough. For a sleep in brace its fine. I noticed when you try to get the FULL stretch the brace digs into your Achilles. There is no way I could sleep like that but for 10 minutes or so it would be fine. I should have probably given a 3 but I can't think of how to make the brace any better.
