This unit exceeded my expectations.Initially, the large node seemed to be a bit harsh, because it really gets in there and works the muscles. But after 3 or 4 minutes... OMG! 😲I bought it for my neck pain, but it is incredibly versatile. It felt great on my lower back, as well. The heat is subtle. The cover is well-crafted and very high quality.It is easy to use on almost every part of you body.I only gave it 4 stars for pain relief because I haven’t had it long enough to know for certain. I will update in the future.I also gave it only 4 stars for ease of use because it’s not clear nor intuitive as far as how to position it and which way it is supposed to be situated on the neck (buttons on the left or right). The instructions don’t illustrate it very well. I think an updated manual would be beneficial.Overall, this device was worth every penny. I highly recommend it.

This is like a real shiatsu massage. When I got it from my husband, he had a shoulder problem, and I had no idea how much his neck and back hurt him every day .When he comes home from work ,he puts this around his neck, and then he works it down the rest of his back. Each time he’s working out the kinks in his back, he thanks me for relieving the pain. It's exactly what I was hoping this would do. The rollers and heat get deep into his muscle pain. The arm holder allows him to apply as much pressure as he needs. Perfect gift for all family members. I love it !

I asked my bf/friends/parents to give me a shoulder massages beforr and although they all tried their best, the technique was just ....not there. I'm usually still tense & sore after they help me. So I'm just gonna say that this gives a better shoulder massage than 90% of the human massagers.

They gave us a good quality portable bag + wall charger + car charger. I wish there's a little side compartment for the chargers though.I'm a little bit sad that it's not wireless so we gotta keep it plugged. My dad said it's probably because they want to keep the massager light....but personally I thought this was still pretty heavy.

Very nice neck massager it has help me working out my neck pain snd it is very easy to use and I use it daily to work out all the pain in my neck snd I use it some time in my back I like that I could put my hand in it to control where I want the massager to move too I have been very pleased with the massager

I honestly just saw a pop up add for this type of massager. I was instantly intrigued and stopped what I was working on to search what was available. After looking at many different ones, comparing features, and reading reviews. I chose the PerkyPack Model: MSQ-18BL Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager with Heat. To make it even better I got a message from Amazon this morning that my order would be delivered today. Less than 48 hours after ordering it, I was trying it out for the first time. It is amazing!! It is everything it says. You are in control. Very well made of quality materials. And well worth the extra for the nice bag. My main intention was for my neck and shoulder.

This works wonders with neck pain. Beware if you're sensitive though, because the kneading massages extremely deep! Almost hurts, but you don't want it to stop massaging you. I like that the arm straps hold it in place for you. One down side is the power cord placement. You have to put the device on a certain way to avoid snatching the cord out of it, and position yourself very near an outlet. Too bad this one isn't cordless, but definitely recommend. You can use it pretty much anywhere on your body--under your legs, to massage your feet, calves, back....As far as it working for people's different body sizes, I'm petite and my mother is far from it. I gifted this to my mom and two others ordered one after trying it out.

My neck and shoulders ache regularly. When my package arrived, I opened it and used it immediately without reading any directions. It was amazing. After just 5 minutes, my pain was gone and I could turn my head freely. I had my husband try it and he agreed it was better than a massage. It is easy to adjust where you want the massaging to occur due to the loops that hang over your shoulders. Moving it from my back to my shoulders I could feel the device adjust to get to the sides of my neck. It was truly amazing. I have a daughter that plays college softball and I can't wait for her to use this (although she may just take it and I will need to buy another).

El joven que llegó se le cayó la caja del carro que transportaba los artículos, al abrir la caja todo estaba bien. Encantada con este masajeador.Llevó casi medio año probándolo y jamás me ha fallado, al principio lo usaba 3 veces al día en el cuello y zona lumbar, ahora lo uso solo una vez por día, me ayudó mucho a controlar el dolor y a bajar las contracturas.El masajeador tiene una buena presión, el calor es agradable, los cables de corriente pense que no aguantarían porque se ven delgados, pero son bastante resistentes.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Es muy buen producto y funciona muy bien pero es algo pesado si lo usa una persona mayor Lo compre para Mi Mama que ya esta grande y le cuesta cargarlo y acomodárselo suelo ayudarla pero le funciona muy bien y si la destensa y relaja cumple muy bien su función la durabilidad aun no la se puesto que llevamos poco con el pero es buena calidad a mi parecer es una muy buena compra
