These are the best enemas on the market!
I use these pretty often, pretty much every day - i’m so grateful to have these they make my life so much easier and they’re super comfortable and easy to use. They make such a difference in my life and I will be a repeated buyer for the rest of my life. I really love this product and I would totally recommend this to anyone that has constipation problems. They work fast and they are super easy to use for anyone that hasn’t used them before, as they have directions on the side of the box. A must buy for anyone dealing with constipation!

Works if you really are struggling in the B.M department!
I was scared about giving myself an enema, but these work very well. I read reviews that their packages were messed up and ruined. Admittedly, mine was a bit squashed, but nothing was broken or spilled. These are cardboard boxes with soft, plastic bottles filled with liquid, so keep that in mind. Usage-wise, they are a little awkward, so find a comfortable position. Using it didn't hurt and I was able to go in about a minute (I just stayed in the bathroom and jumped around a bit haha). The next few hours were multiple trips to the bathroom, so I wouldn't do this if you're about to leave and can't stay near a restroom!
