Perfect heater!
This was PERFECT for my application! I have an outdoor shower that I wanted to make a bit more gold weather friendly. I installed a rotary timer so it couldn’t be accidentally left on. The unit has a timer of its own - a great feature- but it’s too high to reach. Also the remote control is awesome, so it never has to be touched with wet hands. It’s toasty warm and totally silent. Very happy.Price was great, shipped quickly. Great product, great seller!

Ok item not worth the price
Works great puts off good heat for the close as 7 ft area not good for a shop space as it advertised an gets extremely hot close up but not at all for a room if any size an it’s impossible to live around it needs a handle as it will burn a buster any way u try to to h it at ANYWARE at all and yes it came with mounting brakets n we did tht for a while but it don’t throw off enough heat to heat any size room not even my bathroom

Initial observation is excellent
Easy to install, nice solid brackets and adjustable for 90 degrees. Initial operation is very good. Only 4 stars since I don’t know how long it will perform as good as when I installed it.

Great product
This product works great! We ordered right when it was getting a little chilly out and there is such a difference from what we used last year. We have in our sunroom and it gets really cold in there in the winter time, this has helped heat the room to be comfortable to sit in, and it is where my son is doing school right now due to COVID. We did have to pull out a second one for by the feet for him when it was 30 degrees out since heat rises and we have it above the door. It is really quite and you can’t even tell it’s on! Definitely would recommend this product!

Can't register product warranty
Easy assembly, easy install. However am going to return product as I was unable to register warranty on their website. I was also unable to send an email inquiry as their website is so poorly designed. This may be a ruse so not to have to honor warranty claims. I repeatedly entered my order is on their site but they did not recognize my order number. I tried numerous times from different computers and cell phones but still nothing. Not good, thus im returning the product to Amazon.

Doesn’t heat up patio

Well built and warmer than expected.
Very happy with this heater, seems very well built and the radiating heat is stronger than expected. We have installed it into our outdoor pandemic gathering space, at about 9ft above ground under our carport, and everyone is nice and warm sitting below it around a table. The remote for selecting one of the 3 levels of power is very useful, as is the timer function. Everyone who has seen it is now buying their own.We used 2 threaded rods attached to the provided brackets to mount it lower than the ceiling height and it is very sturdy.

Obsessed with these. They have been y perfect addition to my patio and they are super easy to setup. MyPatio is now the go to place this season! They give off great amounts of heat. Make sure to angle them correctly as the directions say. Great bang for your buck!
