fast, accurate, easy to use.
Plus it's small enough to easily pack in my case. I use this for an acoustic guitar and the only thing I would critique is the cute little icon that is supposed to spin in the direction you need to turn the tuning screws to bring each string into tune. Well, it works fine on the top 3 screws (E-A-D), but on the bottom 3 it is backwards. No big deal. Besides, I suspect anyone who's played guitar for even a little while probably wouldn't even pay attention to it.

Best tuner out there for the money
This is a great little tuner.Most tuners at this price point will be limited to guitar strings 1-6, or otherwise not have the feature set that this Yamaha tuner has. This is a chromatic tuner as well as a tuner with presets for guitar, bass, violin, and two different ukulele tunings. It tunes from A0 to c8 and uses the common and easy to find CR2032 battery, with one battery included. You can adjust pitch and do many of the other things you can normally only do on tuners that cost twice as much.As for sensitivity, I have compared this tuner to my Korg GA Custom, which is also a great tuner and is accurate to 0.1 cents. This tuner registers identical pitch on my guitars, so it should be accurate enough even for a discerning ear.For the price and portability, this is a great product.

I was looking for something simple. Pluck a string and find out if it is in tune. This works well but the instructions are not clear, Once you understand how it works it is accurate in tuning a guitar.

Perfect Guitar Tuner!
This is the most accurate and easy to use tuner I've ever owned. Has nice grip and stays on guitar without any issues. Looks cool, shape and size is spot on, deep blue and white contrast is visually pleasing to the eyes. Works for all the head-stocks of my guitars, Strat, EVH, Schecter, Acoustics etc.. The perfect tuner for guitars in my over 30 yrs. of guitar playing.

I love this tuner. It's so easy to use and is very accurate! I have one for each of my basses but works just as good with my guitars! You can't go wrong with this tuner.
