Highly effective product.
This is the second time I bought this product. It tastes bad if you have it in plain water. So I mix it with juice. Been taking it regularly before and after workout and before going to bed. I see a gain in lean mass. The first time I ordered, along with the powder was a pack of ten multi vitamin capsules. Second time that was not included.

I don't know why some are saying it's a bad product. I've used it myself and got a great result. Take it as directed without skipping regular workout. I'm sure you'll see the change in yourself too.
