Winter scene looks great in person; boxes hard to deal with.
This is beautiful, and we loved the winter scene. I tried without success to find one that was lite behind the scene. Instead, I brought a tiny Led Christmas tree to place beside it. It worked, but lite from behind would have been charming. The boxes are hard to open for adult hands. We have a hook for a different purpose but it worked great to open the drawers. The drawers are Tiny! Disappointed in that. You can put 2 Hersey kisses or one Roche, or plenty of loose jelly beans. We joked that we could have to buy those tiny Halloween packages. I’m not sure a snack Snickers would fit in there. Made options hard. We ended up using notes and hiding small items in other places.

Well crafted Box!
Just opened and we are excited to use this year and every year after. Seems like a really well crafted box. Comes with light which haven’t plugged in yet since it’s only September but even without it .. this is a super cute well crafted box. I read the reviews before buying and glad I purchased this for our family. My son is super excited for December!

It's absolutely beautiful, but WHY THE GLITTER?
I purchased this as a gift for my elderly Grandmother, to fill with trinkets for her to open each day (FYI, mini metal Nativity characters fit perfectly in these tiny boxes). It is lovely, but that being said:Do yourself a favor: before you open this, put down a garbage bag to collect the loose glitter, and brush it off WELL. I wish someone told me this before a storm of glitter rained down on my table, lap, and curious toddler (who then ran away, trailing a cloud of glitter). There is no saving our house now, glitter is still being found two months later. We might have to move.The boxes are not wood, they're MDF. Still functional, but don't slide out as easily.The boxes are small. They will fit anything under the size of a snack-sized Snickers bar.I truly wanted to give this five stars, but... glitter.

Fantastic, but the drawers are smaller than I expected
I love this product. It looks great! However, I wish that they had a lock on it so I don't have to worry about opening it a specific way or carrying it a way too. I also wish the drawers were a little deeper and longer. You can't put even a hot wheels car in it for my kid. All in all, a great looking product, but wish there were a few other changes with it.

It is a beautiful gift to give however drawers were a little smaller than I thought & it was difficult filling with anything but small candy treats.

Stunning
Beautiful, timeless Advent calendar that can grow with your child (mature for older kids) and can be handed down to next generation. Stunning in person. My preteen and I love it! If gift doesn't fit, hide in your house and provide a clue in the Advent calendar door. (Scavenger hunt.)
