Best product out there by far, takes 5 minutes, stick a couple of spoonfuls in a pot some coconut milk to lower the Spice, or some cream, top up with water to get the consistency & bring to boil & Serve

This is my go to Chinese curry sauce. Because it’s a concentrate you can easy make your sauce as you desire. Will never order curry sauce again from any restaurant - I only use this.

I reorder this often. Always goes down well with mushroom and quorn added. We serve with brown rice and spring onion through (and some prawn crackers obviously).

Some oil, fresh garlic and ginger and a couple of tbl spoons of this paste fried then water added. Makes lovely Chinese curry sauce

Hadn't tried the mild version but this is really good if you add petaled onion, peas and a few 'extras' (my secret)! Have watched how to make it from scratch and wouldn't now bother. If you have velveted meat in advance you can make a tasty & authentic old school Chinese curry in about 10 minutes wih this little gem! Great value too in my opinion.
