Initially happy with the design, function, and quality of product. After just 3 months of use the pump spout broke. Wasn’t handled roughly; just regular use. Cannot recommend this product due to its durability.Update: Happy to report Natheeph stood by their product and sent a replacement. We are happy, because we think the soap dispenser is very attractive and is just what we were looking for.Lesson is be sure to push the pump dispenser in the center so you don’t put pressure on the spout. Wish it was a little sturdier, but we know now. Would rate it 5 but for delicate nature of the spout. So took a star off for that. But very happy otherwise.

I bought this product in December 2020 and it is now November 2021. The product is pretty and simple. Easy to use and refill. Very quickly, a green residue started to form around the neck of it. I wiped it off every few days and it still seemed easy enough to maintain. At this point now, the spots don't wipe off. This served me well for about 11 months, so if you think that's a reasonable lifetime for this product, then it is worth getting! If you're hoping for something that lasts longer, then this is not a good option.

These are very attractive and arrived just as pictured. I purchased two for the bathroom we just remodeled. I needed a little bit of wood accent and these are perfect. Both have worked perfectly for months now. They are easy to clean and the pumps are efficient. I would recommend, they are very nice looking.

Not even two months and the top is absolutely disgusting and covered in green goo. This picture is after wiping off a few other times. On top of that, I bought a replacement pump and the way the container is designed the new pump will not fit. Do not buy!

Got it for lotion and it gunked it up and we had to toss it. Maybe will work better for soap?

After 5 months, the pump on all 3 has become difficult to use. The pump does not spring back all the way, meaning if you push again it doesn't dispense much. Pulling up on the pump brings it back, but again when I push it doesn't rebound. I opened and cleaned as much as I could, thinking that the increased friction might be a problem, but no luck.In addition the matte finish of the metal coated parts will eventually rub off, leaving you with a gloss metal finish.

It's a good size and good quality, but the pump is harder to work than I'd like. Color is accurate. Would buy again for the sleek look.
