Works well, the nice part is you dont have to wait for all of them to finish copying before swapping out for another blank. read the instructions before using or you wil likely mess up your thumb drives.

I bought this for a AutoCAD rollout. The USB were 256 GB and contained 236GB of data. I gave ot a few days to duplicate because the PC's we had dedicated were taking about 36 hours to copy 4 at once. The duplicator kept restarting after an hour of trying. I bought anothee batch of USB's but the same thing kept happening.

I can use this for meetings 2-3 times a year. At hundreds of USBs per meeting. This is more suitable for myself in bang for the buck and economics of my size of operation. The ease of use important as I can work on my computer as I dupe the USBs. Important to follow simple instructions as the operating system can be corrupted. Has worked for me. Appears of high-quality construction.

I bought this item for an upcoming project and it was slightly delayed. I never opened the box until about three months after purchase. Plugged it in and it did not power on. I emailed and called with no assistance from the company. Basically, tough luck for me. Will not buy again.

I need to make copies of bootable USBs. This system works great and takes almost all the manual labor of creating a bootable USB. The instructions are easy to follow, and the duplicator works as intended.

This machine worked good for a minute, then stopped working.It also rendered the copied thumb drive unusable. Sent it back. Not gonna get another one of those.

I was super excited to finally get this "EZdupe" Mini USB Plus! I read the instructions, and it couldn't be easier. So I immediately set about copying a bootable 64GB USB to a second 64GB USB. Same exact USBs, but now neither will boot. I figured I must have gotten confused, so I tried another USB and THE SAME DAMN THING happened AGAIN! It takes hours/days for me to create the custom, bootable USB with a fully installed OS, and this "Duplicator" wiped out all my work. Now I not only have to redo all that work, I have no way to copy the USBs! Very, very disappointed. I would not recommend buying this item!

I was only able to get this to work with old USB2 thumb drives. It would not recognize new identical USB3 thumb drives either in the Source or Destination locations. The 16GB thumb drives work fine on our computers. I will need to return this item.

Bought this to copy files on a memory stick for customers. If you try to copy more than one at a time it renders all the USB sticks as useless to the point where you cannot even reformat! Tried numerous makes of memory sticks and the same result with all. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!
