The USB headset works well for daily use. The sound is clear and the microphone picks up voice without issues. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear for long period. Setup was quick and easy, just plug and play. Overall, it does the job well for work or calls.

Plug and play, all my software recognizes it. I move from station to station and have never had to try to get it to connect. The mute button is much easier than clicking mute when conferencing and the volume is easy to adjust. I like the single ear speaker, some coworker don’t but that’s a personal preference. I’m completely happy with this headset. THE COVERING OF THE EAR PIECE IS COMING APART. SIMPLE OFFICE USE AND BETTER THAN AVERAGE CARE HAS NOT KEPT THIS FROM WEARING OUT FASTER THAN I WOULD EXPECT. OTHER HEADSETS BOUGHT AT THE SAME TIME ARE DOING JUST FINE (SEE MY OTHER REVIEWS).

I bought this for my work-from-home job, because it resembled a headset my employer provided but has seen better days. The good: The headset is very comfortable. The controls are easy to press and large enough that you're not hitting more than one button at the same time with a fingertip. I'm told I'm coming through clearly with no noise. The not-so-good: The sound is very muffled, and I'm constantly having to clarify what I think I've heard. I also need to have the volume on high all the time just to hear my callers. I can hardly make out the soft-spoken callers and it's been frustrating for them. I'll keep this as something to use as backup for the better headset I'll be getting. EDIT: The seller, Audimore, reached out to me and advised that I could get either a replacement or a full refund. They even sent a follow-up when I didn't respond (I hadn't checked my emails yet). I didn't expect the company to care, so this effort to make things right really impressed me. I had already purchased a different set of headphones, so I followed the directions for a refund from arama-tech. Arama-tech's customer service was not as impressive, which is forgivable. What irked me was that a PayPal account is required to get a refund, and the 'full' refund comes with a handling fee. Because of this, I'm changing my two stars to one.

Bought as a headset for use in an open office as my more expensive set was picking up too much background noise - sound quality in headphones is amazing and other call participants fed back that background noise cancellation on the mic was as good as any other headset that cost way more

Ich habe das Headset noch nicht lange, konnte es aber schon in einigen Videokonferenzen testen. Der Ton der Lautsprecher ist klar, laut genug und lässt sich über den Potentiometer am Kabel gut regulieren. Dort ist auch ein Knopf, mit dem man Gespräche annimmt und beendet sowie das Mikrofon stumm schalten kann. Das Mikrofon wandelt die Sprache ebenfalls klar und deutlich, wie mir die Konferenzteilnehmer bestätigen konnten. Den Tragekomfort empfand ich als angenehm, auch weil das Headset relativ leicht ist. Es macht einen wertigen und robusten Eindruck. Wie lange das Gerät seinen Dienst ohne Probleme versieht wird sich zeigen.

For the price I expected more. Cheap sponge on the ear pieces and if the wire moves during a call it can make the sound quite crackly. Wouldn't recommend.
