This is the first LEVEL8 piece of luggage that I have purchased. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and functionality of this 20 inch expandable hard sided luggage. It fits in the overhead bin of airplanes easily and is so easy to maneuver through busy airport terminals and on the plane. There are many wonderful features. The suitcase rolls smoothly and in all directions, is lightweight, made of quality materials, has a laptop/tablet side compartment with small pocket storage for cables and other small items, has an organized interior and expandable capacity. I can pack enough for a 3-4 day trip and carry my laptop/tablet, thus eliminating the need for a bulky backpack. There are not very many hard sided luggage that have a side compartment for tech or personal items. Other details that I appreciate are the 2 handles (top and side) that really help when lifting the luggage into the overhead bin on a plane or into a vehicle. Another plus is that the luggage has a built in TSA lock and a lock is included for the side compartment as well! An added bonus! This LEVEL 8 luggage checks all the boxes and is reasonably priced. I love it and highly recommend it for your travel needs!

This suitcase is very well made! I had been doing a lot of research on the best bag to take on a European trip. Level 8 ticked all my boxes. 1. Price point was spot on. 2. Dimensions included wheels and handles( beware some don’t) and it fit well within the requirements. 3. Stylish color and look. 4 Attention to detail on inside construction 5. Most importantly the wheels were said to roll well on cobblestone. ( And they certainly did) I just returned from a trip and cruise to Italy and Greece. Packed enough clothes and toiletries for 2 weeks ( not an easy task but with lots of planning it can be done) wore everything I packed most things twice and did 0 laundry. Nothing got dirty or stinky but glad we didn’t stay another week! lol The zippers on the bag are smooth zipping and lock securely into to top lock. Fully packed my bag weighed just a tad over 23#’s. I did pack one change of clothes and a pj in my personals bag, but the suitcase was my main storage. The wheels were a dream on rough cobblestone streets. The handle felt nice and sturdy. The front flap storage pocket might be great for those traveling with a laptop but I did not use is except for paperwork as loading it with things does limit the amount of interior packing space. My only issue( no fault of the bag itself) was the last day of the trip I loaded my suitcase with my personal bag attached to the trolley handle , onto a bus… the ride was chaotic and the bags tipped over. Someone tried to lift both bags by grabbing the personal bag and slightly bent the suitcase handle. No significant visible damage but I was then unable to lower the handle back into the suitcase. After working on the internal mechanism (inside the zipper area in the bottom of the suitcase) I have been able to lower it back down except for the last inch and a half. I am currently contacting Level 8 to see what can be done. This is a great bag and I love it ! Would definitely buy another Level 8! Wish they made them lighter. Most bags empty run in the 610 pound range. This one comes in at about 6.9-7.9. Not horrible but every little bit helps when going thru security.

Excellent, well-built luggage, great for carry-on or as checked baggage. Lightweight when empty and lots of room for packing. Includes an easy-access, flexible space to carry a computer or other items for quick access, like hats or gloves. Love the fully articulating wheels for easy rolling.

Annoying that they charge more for black as a color - so I purchased a blue one. I really like this carry-on bag! The design is sleek, the blue color stands out beautifully, and the build quality feels solid without being heavy. The spinner wheels are whisper-quiet and glide effortlessly through airports, which makes a huge difference when you’re rushing between gates. The telescopic handle is sturdy and comfortable to use, and the hard shell gives me confidence that my belongings are well-protected. The expandable feature is a lifesaver when you need a little extra room, and the TSA lock adds peace of mind for international travel. The front laptop compartment is convenient for security checks, though I do wish it had a bit more space for accessories like cords, a mouse, or a charger. That said, for just the laptop itself it works great. Overall, this is a stylish, durable, and very functional carry-on that makes traveling easier and more enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it for frequent travelers who want quality and elegance at a reasonable price.

These are very roomy, practical and good-looking carry on luggage for short trips! Highly recommended for the business traveler that needs a hard case with a built-in laptop section!

Great suitcase! The wheels are so smooth, be careful it will roll away! It has a great easy to access for my laptop, great for traveling. Plenty of interior room for clothes. Would buy again.

I have lived out of this suitcase everyday for the last 15 months and it has held up SO WELL!!! And still going strong! After 15 months of living out of it, it's only gotten a few scuffs and scratches on the metal corners which seem to be the purpose behind having them, just amazing to me. The zippers have held up very well and have had no problems with them other than in that front pocket, because I stuff the suitcase so full, going around the corners then zipper will sometimes skip over, but I've just learned to hold it tight at the top and it zips smoothly. The handles on the outside have held up really well too, although I wonder if I'm going to break them one day because of how I take it in and out of the car all the time by them, but they too are going strong and are comfortable and in the right places. The wheels are very smooth and convenient too! When I first got it, I had set it down on the front porch (that didn't have a railing at the time) and they rolled so smooth it rolled right off the porch from the little tilt it had! It still rolls just as smoothly and have no problems with the wheels turning or anything. The extendable handle is great too, and can stop at different heights and have had no problems with it at all. The lock on the side of it works great too, very easy to work. The suitcase also comes with an extra lock for the front zipper pouch since those zippers don't have a built in lock. I keep a lot of letter making stuff, my phone charger and a couple books on that front pocket, but unfortunately, that's about all it can take because it shares the same space as the inside of the suitcase. I keep my suitcase extended all the time and has been super flexible with it so it will still close when I don't have my clothes folded nicely in my packing cubes and in my laundry bag instead. I've learned how to maximize the space too with putting my pj's and some workout stuff in the spaces the handle makes, so this suitcase can actually hold a lot! The mesh inside zipper pocket is great, I wish there was another pocket in it though, so I safety-pinned a pouch to the other side which works great and doesn't encroach on the space I need for other things! The side that the extention is on can hold a lot even if it wasn't extended, but I prefer to keep it extended, it just flexes easier and more comfortablely. It's a lot deeper than it seems at first which I love and am glad for.

Overall this carry on does exactly what the manufacturer says it does. It survived my round trip to Atlanta and MARTA (Atlanta's subway / elevated train system) and the midtown sidewalks. I was worried that the wheels wouldn't hold up but they generally worked well on the sidewalks. It's cool looking and rugged and has lots of compartments and pockets for clothing, toiletries and electronics and an extra pair of shoes depending on other things you may pack. This overall is better for organization compared to my old samsonite carry on. The laptop compartment fits my 16 in Macbook Pro and my iPad and DSLR and a lens or two. Update (8/5) : The pockets for my laptop and ipad are well padded in my opinion and I'm happy with that. It's a nice option if I don't feel like carrying those things in my backpack to take a load off. It is almost perfect. I think it is 4.5 overall for me. The thing I think could be better is if some of the internal fabric and straps were more flexible / durable materials. Stretchy straps (that hold clothes in place) would be nicer in my opinion. Also, maybe a slightly thicker nylon, fabric and or vinyl material on internal parts. I feel like my back pack has better internal nylon fabric like material or maybe its just more padded underneath / inside. My old samsonite seemed to have stronger internal materials, some which are nylon but also included stretchy fabric and vinyl. A bottom handle would be nice like my old carry on but not a deal breaker. Just different from what I had before. Overall a very good option to upgrade from an old carry on. Update 6/2... ok this could be a slight issue if you check your luggage. My zipper ring was bent out of place and eventually broke. The actual zipper part functions but the little handle to pull can't be used. I think this is due to checking the bag vs it being carried on. Not sure what kind of metal this is but it's weird that it's broken now only after a few trips. Zipper parts need to be stronger / made with steel. See picture.

Valise au top, super pratique avec la partie avant qui s'ouvre également. Intérieur avec compartiment super pratique aussi. Le design est top aussi! Très satisfaite du produit.

Very nice looking suitcase looks to be very well built. I’ve had it for a year now and is that on three flights withno complaints. Only problem that we do have is. It doesn’t meet size limits for some airlines. Not sure if it should actually be called a carry-on.

Très content de cet achat. Bonne taille pour voyage d’affaires et pour un carryon sur même Ryanair ! Astucieux les ouvertures et poches. Elle a vécu des voyages en soute et elle s’en est bien sortie. Jesper pas avoir a faire un rachat avant encore 10 ans. Cela a l’air bien parti

Llevaba tiempo buscando una maleta que me evitara llevar el portátil y el ipad en una mochila o bandolera a parte. Esta maleta consigue de forma muy eficaz que pueda meter todo el aparataje de trabajo en su compartimento delantero y protegido como el resto de la maleta por un cuerpo semirrígido muy consistente y ademas bonito. La cantidad de bolsillos que tiene es enorme, solo decir que quiza los cierres de esos bolsos podria ser mas cerrados porque si hay trajin podrían salirse algunas cosas, pero en general en un uso normal son muy funcionales, en especial hay un bolsillo para un portátil, donde cabe el de 16" y una tablet o iPad, yo ahi meto el iPadPro sin problema. Ademas quedan mas compartimentos para baterias, cargadores, cables, extensiones, etc etc etc... En cuanto a uso de maleta, es una buena maleta, todo tipo de divisores, ajustes cintos y tensores para que la ropa vaya ajustada y organizada. El troley ocupa bastante espacio, pero para eso es la extension de volumen que puedes usar, la maleta soltando la cremallera central aumenta su capacidad de forma considerable. Advertir que si vas en avión y la quieres pasar en cabina, deberas tener plegada esta cremallera o no te la dejaran subir, ya que la medida limite suele ser de 25cm en compañías com Iberia A/A British Lufthansa, etc... Las ruedas son muy cómodas y silenciosas, amortiguan bien por lo que tus dispositivos electrónicos no van a sufrir, ademas eso hace que se lleve ligera y comodamente al tener 4 ruedas y el troley tiene varias posiciones, por lo que podrás llevarla midas 1,90 o 1,30 Las instrucciones son claras y precisas y ademas incluye un candado certificado PSA que puedes usar para cerrar el compartimento del portátil si lo deseas. Me parece una maleta genial, solo le falta tener USB como en otras pero la verdad es que si sacas el cable desde la parte de los dispositivos es lo mismo. Muy recomendable!!!

Amazing, I absolutely love it. Nice fresh modern design, small and can be enlarged when needed, plenty of space for my electronics and enough clothes for a week.
