Did not include remote control doesn't need one though.The instructions aren't very clear.Long press on the power button is off and on.Short press to cycle through massage modes for heat, massage, vibrate, combos.Small top button Short press cycles through tunes. I assume long pressing this button cycles through volume though all I can hear is the lady saying maximum volume. Max volume isn't loud.Lower small button long press turns music off and on. Short press for three massage pressure modes. Default is low pressure so when you first press it it will go to high pressure. Then no pressure followed by low.The button are a little tricky to master at first. They already Indented, touch activated but still need the right angle and pressure.I haven't tried out the bluetooth as I don't wish to, my headphones and speakers suffice.The massager itself is incredible the heat is just right and high pressure is strong but ssfe and not intense. The vibrations are pulses that come off and on in a small set pattern so as not to be monotonous.Despite the rooms for improvement listed above, I would definitely recommend this as an excellent massager. Charges reasonably fast and without vibration on just heat and pressure which as a gentle kneading action BTW, I get a good hours use about 4 of times timed massages.Very stylish and very comfortable to wear.

I had been looking at this product for a while and kept it in my basket I then seen it was on offer this one comes with remote so I bought it as a gift to myself for Mother’s Day coming however I’ve used it non stop since trying it out I may need to treat myself to another Mother’s Day present now 😂 I’m thinking of the hot and cold eye mask by RENPHO maybe? I have the massage gun by RENPHO also which is excellent I think I know where I’ll be buying from now since having bought these products and both living up to standards. If anyone has bought the hot and cold one could you let me know how you got on as mixed reviews on that one. Don’t hesitate on buying this you will not be disappointed it makes you want to fall asleep it’s so good. RENPHO please make an eyemask that you can wear for a massage first as well as sleeping in as that is the only issue I didn’t want to take it off.My eyes are brighter and less puffy also fab product !

This is such a good buy, it’s really helps with the pressure on your eyes, very warm, lovely and calming with the music, really relaxing too

After a long day at work, school run and then swimming lessons, I decided to try my eye massager. I was so relaxed and felt sleepy because the comfort of the heat and movement around my eyes, to top it off the side eye squeeze and bouts of air was just brilliant.

I have suffered from dry eyes for years, working in construction dust is unavoidable even with the best safety glasses around, 3 months ago my optician said my oil ducts were blocked and recommended that I use a warm wet cloth or heat pack over my eyelids for 10 minutes, twice a day, to help loosen the oil. then to give my eyes a light fingertip massage after use.That sounds easy enough, but the cloth got cold after about a minute, so by the time I got it warm again my eyelids were cold, it just did not work, so I continued to suffer the dry eyes.I was talking about the warm eye thing with my sister, and she told me that she had a warm eye massager, I had never heard of such a thing, so she invited me over to try hers, the massager she had was the Renpho eye massager version 1.I thought it was great, and she let me borrow it for a few days, I noticed the benefits almost immediately, the controls were a bit difficult to get right, as the button is on the front of the machine, and trying to find it blind was hit and miss, there are 6 modes but I preferred two of these most, warm eye only and warm eye massage, but the button was so sensitive it was difficult to get my preferred mode easy.But I wanted one, I would get used to the button. When I went to buy it, Renpho had an updated version with a remote control which makes it far easier to select your preferred mode, I am not one for reviews, and this has turned into a book, but I have went on about it so much, half my workmates have now bought one. So I thought I should tell others about how good it is, If you suffer dry eyes, buying this machine will be the best purchase for your eyes you will ever make. I recommend it 100%, it has honestly changed my quality of life.
