This was/is an early Valentines present and was received with an almost tearful level of thanks. But what do I do next year???

Defective but fixed
EDITED 3 stones missing as one was loose inside packing will not buy from this retailer again quality of goods very poor . UPDATE the company contacted me seemed genuinely upset that the item had slipped through the cracks and sent a new one which arrived ahead of time and has no stones missing so i am changing the rating due too the great customer services i received well done good seller.

My Wife Loved It
The rose has kept its shape and colour almost perfectly (I have previously tried drying roses but they usually lose some colour and look dried up). Also nice to have the matching brooch. My wife liked them both.

came broken, i don’t have time to return it, wait for a refund, then order a new one as it is a present. not happy. the actual product is perfect other than this.
