perfects for helping teenagers revise and learn the anatomy of different animals and cells. it has detailed diagrams and worth the money. if your thinking of becoming a vet, or anything to do with animals or knows someone who is the buy this. it will really help you and is also perfect to look back on as a quick revision.

Excellent creative learning aid for my granddaughter who is aspiring to become a Veterinarian. Good accurate body part shapes, well labelled. Well produced and reasonably priced.

This is ok. It is very basic and the quality of some of the pages is not great - it looks like cut and paste and enlarged beyond its limits. There are a couple of different styles of page, some easier to colour than others. Nome feature annotations like on the front cover, rather numbers that relate to a key on the opposite page. These are in bubble writing - I guess so they can be colour coded as you colour. Most pages feature cross sections, a imagined view inside a living animal, there are a few though which feature illustrations of animal prepared by dissection with skin pinned back etc, this may upset younger or more sensitive children (not my daughter though - for whom I bought the book, she did not seem to notice).There are a good range of animals here, frogs, sharks, chickens, dogs, elephants etc. It is not very detailed though, the annotations are pretty basic, as a teaching aid I feel this has only a very limited usefulness

Lovely book, bought for my animal mad daughter. Only issue is that skeleton is spelt wrong on every page. Considering this is an educational book, I would have expected it to have been proof read and therefore not have spelling mistakes like that.

Abit dissapointed by the book, it had spelling mistakes and things are 100% accurate.

Useless, brought it as a refresher for A and P. Very very basic. But not even sure would help a student learn Gives you basics of random animals that you wouldn't need to know ( shark, crocodile, elephant, whale) poor quality drawings that look like they've been photocopied. Very very disappointed. Will give it to my children to colour instead

Bought this for an aspiring teenage vet. Not sure how this can be sold as a book. Just a compilation of badly photocopied pages. No explanation of the anatomy and the functioning. Apparently some of the anatomy even in the wrong place. Disappointing
