We have a recuse dog that had been rehomed 4 times due to so sensitive to anything on a tv or anything in life and would go nuts.We have had this for 2 weeks and it’s a game changer! He runs at the tv we say his name and command no and if he does not stop we press the button and it immediately breaks the pattern of poor behaviour so we can get him to listen to the command. We have had 3 very expensive dog trainers previously to this who suggested banging keys on a tray or sounding a horn which allfailed and then upset our other dog so give it a go as I hope it works for you as well our dog who is a bedoodle (poodle bedlington cross)

We rehomed two 5-year old Cavapoos. They're lovely dogs but are really 'barky'. If a van passes the house; a crow lands in the garden or if you're out a walk and they see someone in the far distance, they bark without a volume control! The RUNACC Anti-barking device has helped a lot. It's a good shape and size for fitting into the palm of your hand there are three levels of signal. We find the best way of making the device effective is to get in front the dog/dogs and say "No barking" and press the weakest level of signal. If getting in front of them isn't possible, we still call the command and up the level of signal. I know the device is meant for one dog and in our case, it works and to a degree, it also works on our two boys. The device combined with training is the way forward.

It seemed to help for a while then she apparently didn’t mind the noise and reverted to barking. Maybe it was our fault, I am not sure.

I bought this because I have a very vocal dog. The first couple of times that I used it, it did stop my dog barking but he was really frightened of it. I don’t know how he would have reacted if I had continued to use it but it upset me to see him so frightened so I stopped using it.

Be aware not effective on large breeds

Most effective on my dog. It stopped her barking when it was needed. Only had to use the item on a couple of occasions.

I Have 4 dogs it stopped my dogs from barking for a little while but they soon get use to the noise
