Dyson Corrale Hair Straightener Fuchsia, Pink 1 Count (Pack of 1)

Like not having a cord. The base however still has a rather cumbersome cord. The life of the device is rather short. Lucky to get my thick hair done before it winds down. But the real problem for me is that my husband paid $529 a little over a year ago for this device and when I went to use it today the lock button just broke off in my hand when I went to unlatch it. The lock button has to be used constantly and yet it is attached to the device by little plastic piece of junk clip.Called Dyson because I thought they could send me a new button to pop in- but this tiny piece of garbage button can only be replaced by a certified repair technician located 87 miles from me. They will not send a refurbished device or help me in any other way because the serial number of the device I bought is Canadian (says CA not US in serial number. My husband order it off Amazon, and I have no idea why the serial number is “Canadian” when we are USA- but since the customer service representative was located in Columbia and the machine was made in the Philippines I’m not sure why it matters.Just be warned that you can spend over $500 on their device and they will leave you -their “values” customer high and dry. Won’t buy any more of their hair devices and won’t buy any more of their vacuums either. Time to try a shark and do the logical and sane thing and by a hair iron that costs a whole lot less money.Make stupid choices with your $$ & win stupid prizes like broken hair irons.

I have a horse tail of hair which took me 30 min to dry 30 min to straighten….easier to put it into a ballet bun…..let my hair air dry now and then straighten even while damp on the couch while watching news etc softest hair I have ever had it….

The flatiron arrived impeccably wrapped and boxed. Everything else was downhill from arrival. The Dyson takes too long to heat up. It appears that using the cord while straightening hair does not charge the iron. And it must be carried on board planes due to the lithium ion battery. According to the directions a passenger has to show TSA that there’s a special airplane lock to prevent the battery from turning on during flights. Also if traveling to Japan all items with this heavy ion battery are not allowed to transit into or out of the country.I returned the flatiron, but have yet to receive a refund from the seller, as well as not receiving a response to my query about the delay.

So, in the beginning unwrapping the Dyson, it seemed really nice. Then the first thing that we noticed what is the battery was not fully charged so we tried using the Dyson while it was plugged in and it did not work. After charging the flat iron, we noticed that it’s hot setting 400° or so it still didn’t seem very hot and I felt like I could touch it with my hands. Seems that something wasn’t right, so we returned it for a refund.

I waited to purchase this because it’s expensive but so far I’m loving it.

It doesn’t work as well as I thought. At highest temp it’s still not warm enough not straightening enough. Overall disappointed as it’s way too expensive for it not to work properly

Sent me one with a refurbished bat (that didn't hold its charge somehow), with out disclosing this, popped open the thing with Dyson support on the line and started a kerfuffle with y'all (amazon support) after your customer support the first agent put me on hold then hung up on me. Long story short the product if you get a good one works great. luckily refund was understood in the end. Just order from Dyson's site or you will risk faulty gutted products.

La caja viene roto, en empaque roto, la envoltura de adentro viene todo. No tiene número de serie para poder dar de alta la garantía, y en Dyson dicen que es un producto falsificado

Great customer service and the product is perfect! I was a little hesitant to buy something this expensive on amazon rather then thru dyson but am so glad I did. Straightener came perfectly packed and brand new and I registered it for the Dyson Warranty so I have peace of mind there as well!

It’s not what I expected for the price .. my 200$ straightener did a better job.. and the charge doesn’t keep

It’s shameful that when you pay for an expensive item such as the corralle, you’d expect best quality.It came already used and with scratches.I was disappointed from the service received that all that was said to me was that all items go through a verification process... that did not explain or validate the outcome and ruined a birthday...
