Absolutely love my brownie tray.You get the best of both worlds, squidgy centre (more about that in a bit), and lovely crisp sides.For best result, you do need to spend time greasing the insert, and you really need to ensure all the corners are well greased, but it’s so worth it.Because the sectioned centre is metal the heat cooks the brownies inside, I found that reducing the cooking time by 6-9 mins depending on which flavour you are making, stops the brownies becoming little cakes, and remain little squidgy bundles of pure joyAlso, Don’t leave the insert in for too long when cooling, gently try and lift it out after a few mins, it’s metal and it’s still cooking the brownie.However, I have used this to make little sq Victoria sponges. Again adjust the time down so as to not over cook, but saves having to measure exactly the little cuts.One of my fave bits of kit in the kitchen now.

Can i ask did you reduce the cooking time for the brownies as now not in one big pan, only used once but think i overcooked them - thanks

Absolutely obsessed with using this product now! Super easy to clean wipes of with water and sponge easyBe careful if you use a knife to unstick anything as it scratches easy! But other than that amazing

Bought this yesterday and tested today, put my brownie mix in then put the divider in. Baked beautifully and evenly. I didnt grease cos it is non stick and they came out lovely. Will defo be using for my cake traybake.

Brilliant piece of equipment, works an absolute treat.Issue - When it arrived, it was only in its manufacturer's packaging and therefore item was scraped quite a bit. I would like to buy another one, as a gift, but won't risk it scraping again.

Love it, the divider is so helpful. I love that you can use it to cut something after it's baked, or put it in the mix and bake at the same time
