All holders this groove sharpener is a dream if sharpens your grooves like sharp I have used these on my wedges and since I used them the spin on my clubs has increased significantly so In my opinion as a reviewer I think this is worth the money and a must in your golf bag

It should work ok but no instructions came with product so I am not sure which cutter to use. Arrived very quickly.

After 1 time using it on all my clubs I noticed the edges of the tool were very worn. I think it was made of cheap non hardened steel.

Be careful. If your tool is removing curls metal... you could be making your clubs illegal. However this works very well for removing rough spots in the grooves. If it is shaving metal... go to a smaller tool until it just slides inside the groove. Try on a club that is worthless before using on your good clubs. Just use enough pressure to remove groove deformation. Green scotch brite pads will polish up the face and remove any burrs caused by the tool. Use 3 in one oil or similar on the scotchbrite pad when polishing. A bit overpriced but works well with a bit of practice. Take it easy with light to med pressure and no tape is required. Clean and oil the club face with the oiled green scrubby pad before and after using the tool. I would only recommend using them on irons and wedges.

A great stocking stuffer for the golfer in the family. Seems to be good quality
