I keep this in my freezer and pop it in the oven to bake just before serving; therefore, no waste. Yes, it must be baked. Some disenchanted people posted negative reviews because they didn't bake it. They were close to eating raw dough.Not quite as good as homemade but a close second. Will order again.

I used this to make vegan caprese sandwich. It has to cool after baking. It was perfect with Gotham vegan pesto, violife and FYH feta, tomato, spinach, spring mix, basil, and some black garlic balsamic.It's very nice bread. Worth it.

If you're a hot bread lover, Euro Classics is for you. Place it in the oven with some butter smeared on it, close your eyes and be transported back to your Grandmother's kitchen. Taste, crunch is everything. I buy it with every order.

This bread is so delicious once heated up in the oven for a short time. They taste very fresh. Yummm

Others don’t seem to understand this is par-baked bread. You have to cook it the rest of the way for it to taste good, like it should, which is fresh-from-the-oven goodness. Clear from the reviews that people ate half-baked bread and then said it was “nothing special”.

I pop these in the toaster oven and in a few minutes they smell, look, and taste delicious. They come out golden and crunchy. Perfect size if you love big sandwiches.

After baking this par-baked bread, per the instructions, it was very tasty!
