It is much more stretchy than it seemed once opened. Let’s face it though, no cover is ever going to look as good as your sofa without it. However, during most of any week, I’m the only inhabitant. And in a studio apartment, the couch is THE only (comfortable) place to sit. And did I mention it’s also where I sleep and I frequently dog sit here for my neighbor?!My only cons: almost every time I get up, I need to tuck it back in behind the seat cushions. Kinda tedious. And of course, it’s not a custom-built piece for my exact sofa, so it’s a little tight in some places and bunchy in others. But all of it easily tweaks, so it looks pretty good. It helps that the color is a near-exact color match.Other pros outweigh those cons: I LOVE the fact that (especially in hot shorts season, which I actually wear at home year ‘round anyway) I can keep the original upholstery from getting subject to my sweat and skin cells. It’s gross going to someone’s house, being invited to sit down on their sofa, only to smell shedded skin cells from God knows how long of one or more residents. It’s not pleasant! I always feel like I’m invading their space, and more so, feel like that smell becomes attached to me when I leave! Second, when Bella is here and tries to scratch the seat in order to attempt a temporary lair, this stretchy cover has not (so far) been scratched, snagged, or gotten punctured. It also doesn’t bunch up any more than the original upholstery would! In that sense, the cover stays put. Best of all, her little drools & licks don’t seep through and mar the sofa fabric underneath. Then once a week, I just pull the cover off and stick it in the wash. Then I do a quick vacuum of the original upholstery before putting the clean cover back on, which is then very Downy fresh!For all that protection (and subsequent Downy freshness that screams, “Cuddle up with me!”), the price makes it a steal and totally worth the extra nips & tucks.

I purchased the medium and large covers for my leather couch & loveseat that was peeling horribly and had some cat scratches. Not willing to spring for new furniture and not being impressed with reviews for leather repair kits, I decided to give these a try first, and I'm happy I did!It's super soft, stretchy, and easy to put on. I did both by myself within about 15 mins, but that included pulling out the couch and vacuuming behind it. The back of my loveseat is exposed to my foyer, so getting something that covered the entire thing was a must. This does just that, but like other reviews mention, there is a slight pull in the center of the front and back on the bottom from having to tuck it into the cushions. I wish it was made with this in mind and was about 6 inches longer in the center, but my furniture still looks 10x better than without the covers. It comes with foam pieces to help "hold" the cover in place by shoving them between the cushions, but it definitely has flaws. I wish they had thought to sew in something like this to prevent the foam pieces from popping out occasionally when someone gets up from sitting or laying on it. For these two reasons, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but I would totally recommend it. I haven't washed it yet, but if anything happens when I do, I'll update my review.3 MONTH UPDATE: All the Styrofoam pieces are now stored in a drawer because they are totally useless and more annoying than anything. You can still tuck the cover into your couch and it looks great until someone sits on it for a while but then it needs to be retucked once they get up or it just looks sloppy. My cat threw up on it yesterday (his chunky butt likes to eat too fast) and I had to wash it for the first time. I used some stain treatment just in case and washed it alone on a normal cycle. Too scared to risk using the dryer, I let it air dry overnight using a couple of barstools to hold it up and stretch it out. It seems to have done perfectly and it even doubled as a little tent that my cat happily hid under until it dried lol.Overall, still very happy with my purchase since I figure all slip covers need some degree of adjusting once sat on. They are comfortable and I've gotten compliments on how good they look, but most importantly it is cat & cat mom approved lol.

Went by measurements in description ordered large sofa cover, did not fit! Ordered the X-Large for my three seat sofa and still does not fit either the front has six inches showing or the back depending how I pull it. So while it looks ok it’s not perfect fit but needed something so keeping it? Will update if it stays on when the grandkids come

So happy with how this cover turned out. We’ve bought half a dozen covers and they’ve never fit nicely. We have a large sofa and the stretch on the fabric was great.The product details, photos, etc met all of our expectations. We weren’t crazy about the texture/pattern of the fabric but it was consistent with the description/photo.

It is a little tricky to put it on. I Lin the beginner I thought it was small but then I try again and it Was the perfect size for my sofa. Beautiful.

It’s not beautiful but it does the job. I use it in the den to cover the sofa so it doesn’t get dirty because the dog will sleep on it at night, not many people really see it. It looks ok with cute throw pillows. Easy to put on stretches nicely. I haven’t watched it yet.

I bought this cover for a 84" wide new leather couch with pillow arms. Surprisingly, it fit really well covering the entire couch. It is super stretchy and very soft. It could maybe stretch as much as 90 inches wide. I needed a cover because I was cat sitting my daughter's cat for 2 months. Thank goodness I got the cover otherwise my couch would have been shreded by her claws! The cover washed really easily and all cat fur came off easily in the wash. It was easy to put back on and didn't shrink. The only issue with it is that the tiny styrofoam cylinders provided to keep the material tucked in are basically useless. They pop out really easily and in fact the cat was very intent on finding them! We ended up just not using them. I would be interested to know whether other buyers have found a better solution. I was thinking that maybe longer pieces of foam hot water pipe insulation might work. The cover still tucked in pretty well though. It is not waterproof but ideal to prevent fur getting into the couch and to protect it from claw marks.

I have a huge couch, this bad boy stretched over most of it. Its like.. real big tho.Sure a little shows at the bottom and back, but my dog was messing my couch up: This fabric seems way more resistant to her nails.Fabric is soft and comfortable, I like the textured look also.Little foam bits to keep it in between the cushions make it look nice if I have guests coming over but the dog jumping on it regularly pops them out. I assume on a normal sized couch this wouldnt be an issue. but I have a rather big couch.

It works great. Certainly better than replacing the whole couch because of cat scratches. I'm thinking about getting a few different colours so I can switch them up every now and then. Super stretchy easy to put on but would be great it there was a strap underneath the couch to hold the front down a bit.

I ordered a love seat and 3 seat sofa cover each of the same colour twice and both times I got different colours. Beige in the 3 seat sofa is different from beige in the 2 piece love seat. And the same applies with off white. The same colours are different in various sizes so you can’t order a set or multiple pieces.

Very easy to install. Foam cylinders work perfectly to keep unit fitting over material. Looks great and feels so soft. Quality material used.
