These are the least expensive adequately absorbant adult diapers with leak guards I can find anywhere. The fit is good, the material is fairly breathable. They never leak after one wetting unless you sit down for a while.One small complaint is when the plastic fastener becomes undone on the lower leg. The fastening material will stick to skin and body hair and create a rash until you can refasten it. As long as you secure it well and not too tight, it's okay.These also are quite comfortable for bedwetting, though not really absorbant enough for repeat wettings. The only complaint with that is when all the absorbant stuff collects downward through gravity. Always start the morning with a fresh one because of the gravity effect.

I bought these for my moma. I didn't want her privates to suffer through the droopy, scratchy, soggy misery of hospice provided 'personal care'. These had good reviews, so I tried them out myself, forced myself to, umm, USE them - I double-dog dare any of you to do that. And they live up to the hype. They are soft, easy to get on and off, easy to figure out how they work, and most important, keep moisture away from your skin. Moma was quite happy with them too, and didn't mind using them.It was a blessing, at a difficult time, to keep my sweet Moma comfortable.

These seem to work better than any of the others we've tried for my 84-year-old mom who is just about totally incontinent with her bladder function. We use these at night with a booster pad and a pull-up during the day. It's easier to change these at night than a pull-on. The stretch sides make it easy to get a good fit.

I purchased these to help with post-surgical recovery and they did what they were intended to do. Comfortable, discreet and they don't sound as if you are wearing a plastic bag when you move around. They seem to run a little larger to size and would recommend that you step down a size when ordering.

I got these on the recommendation of the aide for my father. She said they were the best for people who were bed-ridden or wheel chair bound and she was right. all the others I have tried have been too thin, too small, too big around the legs or just did not hold well. The others are fine in a emergency but not as a rule. The only other thing is I wish is that more places carried them - I'm really surprised at med supply places

Easy to put on while sitting, standing or laying in bed. They fit very well and the attachment strips hold well, giving me security. The capacity is close to overnight products. The only drawback is they are a little bulky. The price on Amazon with Subscribe & Save is the best on the net.

This is an outstanding adult diaper. The fastener tabs are very wide and attach very firmly, and can be adjusted as needed. It is easy to get a good snug fit that stays in place. Absorbency is very good, comparable to diapers made for overnight wear. I also find that this product does a better job of odor neutralization than other similar products.
