Powr-FliteCAS16 Powr-Scrub Automatic Scrubber, 750 RPM, 16"

I have owned this unit for almost two months. It works extremely well on a mirror-finish marble floor as it does on a textured wood laminate floor. Extremely easy to operate and does a much, much better job than I expected. Regular mopping "blots" up the water and the mop is only truly clean for the first pass. This machine puts down clean solution, scrubs, and then vacuums it directly back up. Literally rinses the floor clean as it moves forward. It is truly a quality, commercial piece of equipment.

Sent a person to look at this. Saw it wasn't working properly. (drip bar not putting down fluid constitantly) I offered to upgade to a better machine. Now they wont answer my calls. $1700 wasted completely. Amazon won't help. Last time I order a large item from Amazon

I purchased this machine from another company. I am adding a review here because I was unable to do it anywhere else. Brand new machine out of the box did not work well at all. there were to many dry streaks and I figured since it was under warranty they would fix it. When I called the repair shop for this company they told me that there was dirt in the main line and it was my fault that the machine did not work. They are billing me $185. The manager was rude and from the two phone calls I had with him I can tell that they were out to make additional money from me instead of covering the warranty. As others have mentioned this does a very poor job for the amount of money that I have spent to purchase it. I would never buy any products from this company because of the bad customer service that i received.One of the reasons that I think this is going to be a bigger issue down the line with dirt clogging up the machine is because they do not have a cover for the clear water reservoir that is located next to the dirty container that has to be removed by hand and emptied. I am sure they were thinking they would save money by not having a lid on the water reservoir. What this does is cost the consumer money and time to keep fixing the issue from out end.DON'T BUY ITNabil

The Machine was shipped to me with a bad vacuum motor. Sent it back. Received the new machine and the first time I used it I noticed the black bristles from the brush were all over the floor. I recently went on the website to purchase a new brush and it was not available. Nice. The machine did a good job on ceramic tile in the restroom but not so good on tile floors. Left some spills on areas where floors were uneven. I have it stored in a supply shed. Can't recommend this machine.

This machine is a colossal waste of money. It's very bulky, doesn't scrub well, doesn't pick up the water well. You will be highly disappointed if you spend over $1,500.00 for this horrible excuse for a automatic floor scrubber!
