Weak, neon balloons
Not as advertised, these are neon balloons. One out of every 5 or 10 balloons popped in my face while I was blowing it up, and only certain colors were stretchy enough to be blown up large. I didn’t look at them closely enough before the return window closed so I’m stuck with them sadly. Someone had recommended them to me so I’m guessing they used to be different and changed at some point

Balloons are not pastel. They are highlighter colored even when inflated.
