Perfect Dose
I give this to my 11 year old as a complement to his multivitamin, which does not contain Iron. I began giving it to him when the pediatrician said that he was testing anemic. The next time his blood was tested, he wasn't anemic anymore.

Great Product!

Good for Pregnacey
I tend to be low on iron, my sister told me this was the only brand that helped her when she was pregnant, so I tried it and it is great. Also it is half the price on Amazon then Fred Meyers!

Gets the job done!
Without it I would be extremely low in energy and I wouldn't be able to donate blood! Easy to swallow and taste-less! I've been using this product for more than two years!
