Most everything is great about these mats. When I compared the size of the macaron pattern to my other macaron mats the circles were smaller. I would've returned them but I was outside my return window.

I have loved baking with these mats! I was concerned at first that bar cookies and brownies would not work because the large mat didn’t quite fit my Pyrex pan and was an inch too large for my deep sided steel pan, however no problem. I went with the glass one and it worked fine. One of main things I wanted these mats for, however, was not for baking sweets. I wanted them for roasting potatoes and vegetables and meat, like so many of the meal kits call for. Whether it was from the higher temperature ( 450–too hot for parchment) or more likely the meat juices, the mats have stained. They clean off, just stay dark in places. This isn’t a problem for me, but want others to know what to expect.

I used to use silicone baking mats when I worked at a bakery, but always thought they were too expensive for home use. This 5 piece set is about the price, or even less than single mats I've seen in stores. I just made bagels on the half sheet sized mat, and they were great. The sticky dough proofed on them perfectly, and didn't stick, even without any spray. The round mat should be perfect for cakes, instead of tracing and cutting out parchment circles.I also discovered that since I don't regularly use a square pan, the square mat is perfect for putting under a wood cutting board to prevent the board from sliding around. Silicone mats for the win!
