I like the set; however some of the paints were either dried up in the box or the tubes were empty. Not sure how this can be checked before mailing out. One of the main colors I wanted was one of the ones that was empty. It's too much hassle to return on my part plus i had purchased another set of paints but the main color I wanted was not in that set either. I guess i will purchase my paint in store so I can see if they are full.

We are a homeschooling family and we allow our children to explore art but will also try to incorporate lessons and tutorials. So by no means are we experienced in acrylics or painting. We do prefer to have quality paints for a decent price however. I’d say we found it with this art set! The brushes alone are beautiful! The quality of the case is well made and we enjoy how we can stand it up and it stays pretty flat for us to pick and choose our brushes. We didn’t have an issue with any of the paint tubes like mentioned in other reviews. They were all full and the colors where nice and thick. They all painted very well on the canvas. I let my children explore at first and then I painted alongside with one of my sons. I was impressed with the paint and all that came with it for the price! I’d definitely recommend this product and purchase it again.

I love this kit! Perfect for a starter kit for someone getting into painting, homeschooling etc. The brushes are very nice. Each brush is labeled and they come in a great case which zips closed. There is a lovely velcro feature to stand the brushes up. The paint palette cleans up well. Even hours after you leave the paint on it. The palette is a nice thickness, perfect for holding and mixing paints. The paints are nice! So many colors are included and labeled perfectly. They have a nice texture and ease to use. The palette knives are flexible yet firm with a comfortable handle and clean up easily. I highly recommend this painting set! A super great value for the small amount you pay. If you are looking for a gift to give a budding creative person in your life. This is the kit!*disclosure: I was given this kit to review. This product is usable. The paints work. They just aren't the colors you'd think they are, or the colors they show on the tube. They have avoided giving you the trouble of using common paint names so that you're a little less confused about why it doesn't look like you'd expect. Instead they give awful references to something and a color of paint that doesn't match the color on the tube in most cases so you can have the thrill of adventure in wondering what will come out.

I find great joy in painting things & W/These Great tools I'm able to get many hours of enjoyment. However, since I'm disabled, I can't afford to buy their product very often. It would be nice to be adopted by this Company as a mascot for the disabled people of America, but there again I doubt that they have this type of program. It would be a GREAT tax write off for them if any of U would like to put a bug in their ear. It would help them W/Publicity of their fine products but it would also benefit me in bringing GREAT joy into my life being able to paint & not have the worry as to how I'll be able to come up W/The $$ to buy the paints to keep going....

Brushes are fair condition at best and the paint is old, clumpy, and drying out. A return will more than likely be happening.

We have started including a lot of art in our homeschool and wanted a paint set to use for our lessons. This set is a fabulous value. There is a wide variety of colors, different sizes of paint brushes, a palette to use, and canvas to paint on. It had everything thing we needed to get started painting. The colors are thick and vibrant, which makes it more fun for the kids, and I didn't feel like I had to make a huge investment. We love this set! It made us feel like real artists!
