The equipment arrived in good condition, no instructions of course and a bit awkward to use due to the style of stethoscope. I usually register my warranties on line, in this case a Lot Date Code and Serial No. were required but not obvious on the product or packaging. An email to CS asking where they might be found went unansered so I assume any other CS issues would be a waste of time as well. I do not give 5 stars to any companuy with non-exsistant CS.

i am a personal trainer so i use this often but not as often as a doctor/physician would. however i would not use for exercise testing (only for pre and post exercise measurements). reason being that the pressure gauge is attached to the cuff so if you have arm movement it can be extremely hard to read. the stethoscope that comes with it is also not the best but i can hear the sounds clearly. overall this package is definitely worth the price but as a professional if you can afford a better one.. go for it

This is just what we needed to monitor my husband's blood pressure. I'm no expert BTW but using this is easy for me. Took it to the docs and had him use his, then ours, and he says it's accurate. I love that the stethoscope comes with different ear pieces because my ears are very sensitive. My husband is a big guy and the cuff fits him fine. Nice little bag to keep it all together. Highly recommend.

This works great. I recently graduated school and did my internship. And i used this product for that. Worked everytime. Accurate. The stethoscope is dual tubing which i really like. And its heavy. So it doesnt feel cheap and flimsy... Im still using it. Thank you

The material for the cuff is more plastic than fabric.. hopefully it'll last longer than the previous one ordered which got a hole after only 6 months. The stethoscope will be a good backup alternative if my real one gets left behind. But it's not ideal for every day use.

Works very well. The only thing that I see as not deserving a five star rating is that the quality of the stethoscope is a little less than I am used to. However, being in the medical field, this may not be a really fair assessment. The equipment works fine. Good quality for the money.

this is the second time i buy this, the first time i bought it after like 4 years i kept leaving it inside the car and cause of the hot temperatures it melted and thats the reason im buying a new one now.its confortable and it works well each time. love the color too

I like it for myself but the question I have is can I get a larger cuff also?
