I bought this RC alligator head as a birthday gift, and it was a big hit! The remote control works perfectly, and it's a fun and unique toy. It floats well on water, making it great for lake or pool play. The detail on the alligator head is impressive—it looks realistic, and it's a perfect prank gift as well. The rechargeable battery is a convenient bonus. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for something fun and different!

It took me a while to get everything working at the same time, but it was worth the many attempts once I finally got it working. The battery does not come pre-charged and the remote will run down the batteries pretty fast if it is not turned off.Once it was working, I tried out in the bathtub (see video) and I was super impressed with the power the little propellers provide. Make sure to tighten the propellers before you put it in the water because they fell off on our first try. It didn’t take long for me to master forwards, backwards, and turning. I can’t wait to use this in my neighborhood pond and scare some people. Lol.Overall, very glad I purchased this. It would be an awesome gift for a anyone from pre-teen to adult.

Does not look realistic in water at all. Very disappointed. I ran for less then 5 minutes and it stated to malfunction. Had to swim out and get it to find the battery melted. Inside was still dry so it didnt take on water just melted. Do not reccomend to buy!

It did not ship with the USB charger and I had to order that part. Amazon gave me a $10 credit as I was $4 ahead.Once that was settled, the alligator is a blast. I am looking forward to using them in a crowd.It it really well made.

got this for my 7 yr old for bday gift along with an actual remote controlled speed boat.first, this thing is kinda cool. We got it to scare guests that are floating in the lake. I think it will do well for that!for a toy tho, it's really slow in the water and not really "controllable" as it only has two props and no rudder. it should be slow, of course and it's quiet. I'm just saying this is more of an adult gag-type of toy than something your kid is going to want to spend hours playing with.Aside: we got a really nice $40 remote controlled speed boat and they love that. i was wondering if this gator thing would kill two birds with one stone: boat + gator, but really this thing is pretty slow in the water (which again, is it's point, but slow and boring for kids). It's also really hard to separate the boat from the gator. You basically just pry the boat from the attached gator head and hope the plastic doesn't snap!

It is solid built. The alligator head is hard and heavy plastic, nothing flimsy. Very easy to control as it has two motors and two propellers. Each stick on the remote controls one of them. So you can even make sharp turns by moving one forward and the other backward. I love that it came with 2 batteries and spare propellers. I don't know if it was luck or it has a sensor but my device paired with the remote after I put it in the water. So if you have problem pairing just try it in a bathtub or something.

Bought it for my Nephew and he loves it.He lives in a community with a large pond IN MICHIGAN and had a blast terrorizing the old retiree's going for a walk . 😂A nice feature is that it can run over 2 hrs snd when the battery is getting weak the power is reduced to 40 % so you can bring it in.Sure beats swimming out to get it. 🏊‍♀️😱

This thing is fun! We purchased it to prank some one. I live in Florida and everyone that visits thinks they will get eaten by a gator. It worked great. Super fun to play with.
