Twisted chain
This chain was not as expected. It arrived completely twisted and while you can lay it flat and remove the twists, they remain if you use it on a bag.

Great Purse Chain Strap
The media could not be loaded. Chain strap is study & matches my purse hardware which I was worried about. The original straps broke within a month of having the bag couldn't handle day to day wear. But this strap is durable. Works well with another strap for cushion. I would repurchase.

Tarnished after one day of use
I used this for one day the hold my phone at Disney World and the majority of the chain tarnished and was unusable.. unfortunately the packaging had been thrown away so I could not return it
