Very Simple pleasing Design. Doesn't take up any space. Has a Solid Feel. Came with extra pieces which is nice as well. So I immediately tried it on just the lowest setting 2. That is a good level to use for Therapy starting out. I did try to rotate the mechanism to number 4.It was kinda hard but I was able to rotate it to the corresponding number. Haven't tried it on a higher setting yet. I believe this to be a Really nice piece of equipment for anybody as a stand alone or to add to existing workouts. As stated previously for me it is purely therapeutic, which fits the bill for me. I believe this to be much better than rubber bands.

This definitely gives you a workout. It tightens the muscles and gives me strength. After a month of using it, I feel that it is well built and will hold up. Super easy to adjust the resistance and very compact. The price here on Amazon was great.

I’ve been lifting for over twenty years, and needed a supplemental device for when I’m travelling, can’t get to the gym, or need to quickly get a workout in. I haven’t had it very long, so I can’t talk to long-term durability, but it seems very solid.With that in mind, this product is great for when you can’t get to the gym because it is versatile, and provides very decent resistance. It can be held in different positions to work different muscles, to include upper and lower chest, triceps, deltoids, traps, and upper back. I hold it about a foot from my chest, with the top at about chin level, to work the upper chest, shoulders, and triceps. Lower it six inches or so to work the lower chest and lats, and pull it to within an inch or two from my body to work my back. You can really feel the burn all over your upper body if you set the resistance lower, or you can get a 1-rep max type workout as well. Note that this device will not work out your biceps - pair it with a pull-up bar to hit your entire upper body. Also note that the device provides limited range of motion, and doesn’t provide resistance in both directions,One negative - not really convinced the device provides up to 440lbs of resistance. I max bench about 250lbs, and don’t do dumbell flies. I was able to squeeze out a rep with resistance set at 20 (maxed out). Regardless, the device provides ample resistance for most workouts.

It is so easy to use. I have terrible neck problems to the point that my next step is surgery. After using this for three months, my neck is better. To the point that I did not need my last injection in my spine. I have recommended it to other people with neck problems and they are loving it. Start at the lowest setting and move up slowly. After three months, I am just started level 8.

I’m a over the road truck driver. Finding space to exercise daily is difficult. Between weather and just many times parking in areas it’s not easy to go outside for daily exercise, I struggle for a constant exercise routine. This has helped me with that. I can do it in my bunk in the morning and evening regardless of where I am. It’s very sturdy and I get a good workout on my arms. Compact, use it anywhere, and decent arm workout. I’m glad I made this purchase.

This little item rocks... I have a nice home gym setup. Dial a weight dumbells, adjustable bench. Treadmill. Rowing machine. But this little surprise of a gadget absolutely takes the cake. I work on computers all day. Sitting most of the day. I try every few hours to hop on the treadmill, jump rope, lift a few weights... but that doesn't always happen due to conferences, online meetings etc. Now if I am in a meeting I turn off the camera and start squeezing. Wow I can feel this in my chest, arms and shoulders. Exactly what I need. Been trying to work on my chest and shoulders when I can... now.. I can. love it. Fav piece of equipment right now definitely.

The media could not be loaded.  Was super awesome to use being that I'm a truck driver and I'm rarely home. Bought one for my neighbor and convinced a few others to purchase as well. Unfortunately today I went from level 8 to level 10 and it snapped on me when I hit 50 reps. I can see the results with my muscles and feel my strength going up. But when it broke today, it kind of broke my heart. Was about to start a new challenge today with those who got one because of me😔

I often have to sit on violent or high risk inmates for a full 8 hr shift when they are in the hospital, and I was turning into mush. I ordered this and it is an amazing work out while I sit there. It works abs, pecs, arms, and shoulders depending on the angle I hold it at. Even my work colleagues had a great time trying it out. Our biggest guy could only do 3 reps when it was turned all the way up on resistance. In a week I can already tell my shirts are fitting tighter in the arms.

Great piece of gear. Excellent after sale service. Provides a challenging workout. Easily varied by simply changing angle or height of grip. Customer service top notch! Highly recommend.

This is a good addition to the gym, fairly difficult on 10, almost impossible on 20, you can feel it in the forearms, shoulders and in your core, but mainly the chest, similar to an old skool bullworker.

The built quality is good, it feels solid in your hands. The power adjustment is easy to use, however I'd recommend noting the weight resistance next to numbers. I believe it will serve me for some time as it feels durable. Overall it's fit for duty, I'd recommend it 👌

This product is well made and extremely strong. The other reviews of the arms being bent after a few goes is absolutely rubbish! They were obviously put in a vice and pulled out of shape. The force is inline with the arms so no way they will bend. Anyway the product - the settings are progressive and evenly spaced. Very smooth in operation and consistent throughout the movement. The last 2” of squeeze is reduced as your at the end of travel. You can use this for many exercises not just as you see “out in front”. You can do “side lateral pulls” “Biceps to chest pulls” putting your arm on a box to raise it you can do “arm wrestling” action. This is very versatile and highly recommended purchase. Also no evidence of the oil content leaking. Excellent product and well engineered.

This works great, I've been using it daily for 2 weeks and noticing huge strides in tone and muscle build. This can work out your entire upper body and back, depending on how you hold it and how you position your grip. Great product. As others have noted, the turn dial is not the greatest, but otherwise this is a great deal.
