I developed a bunion pain recently. Been reading article about the causes, one of it is my body weight. I’m not that super heavy at 45 kg for 4feet 11 inches height. But I was super petite and normally weights 36-38 kg. Then I realised I am on my trading for ERCP endoscopy procedure where I have to wear the heavy lead gown. I love my job and I want to carry on my new skills. But do not want to go through surgery just yet for my bunion. I found this tip of wearing toe separator. I’ve been skeptical and thought a waste of money. So I tried first using to mild my used silicon earplug. I found the instant relief using them wrapping around a tape. Until I came across this product with a lot of positive reviews. This came up with all ties separator. Which I don’t need them all. So I cut the rest leaving only my big toe. I find it perfect support for my toes and drastically minimises my bunion pain especially wearing my lead gown at work.

They fit, they separate and they are comfy. Seem to help my poor old trotters so far !

Easy to fit , feels comfortable

This product helped with a knee problem BUT why does it not have a “ring” that goes over the smallest toe??? There are just 2 small pieces of silicon at the end that are not comfortable and cause issues… It was necessary to cut them off!

Didn't work for me.

I guess these appliances are for easing pressure on bunions. Probably do that job well.I bought them hoping to ease the pain of Morton's Neuroma, hammer toes and preventing toes from crossing. I found them to be unsuitable for toe joint problems.Instead of 3 pairs, I received 4 x right foot singles and 2 left foot singles. i.e only 2 usable pairs. I had already started using them before I discovered this, so if you do buy, check what you receive immediately and before use.As other reviewers have remarked, there is only cover for 4 of your toes - nothing for you little toe. Only 3 of the 4 toes have substantial cover, so you only have effective separation for your big toe, second toe and, to a much lesser extent, your middle toe.The silicone is soft and pliable, so very easy to use if you follow instructions about using both hands, however, because of the softness, they are ineffective at straightening and flattening toes that are starting to form the hammer shape.I afterwards bought single toe separators. These are fiddly to apply, but do a better job for your whole foot (not bunions) I tried using a couple of singles with these appliances as well, but it was too bulky and painful.Good luck.

At the moment i can't walk without using toe spacers. These are excellent.They are so effective and comfy that i am not aware of wearing them.Easy to put on and they do not rub against the shoe. They stay on effortlessly.

I bought these mainly to help with a small bunion on my right foot and hopefully to alleviate some foot pain. They are a lot softer and more pliable than I thought they would be and I had no problem putting them on and wearing them for half hour at a time. Haven’t tried them with shoes yet but I’m happy to build up time wearing them round the house. Only been a week so far but so far looking good.
