I spent a lot of hours researching doorbells, weighing up the pros and cons. It is a hard choice to make. This is on the expensive side but you’ll make that back in zero subscription fees. It’s the cheapest 2k doorbell as of writing this too so it’s not even expensive when you compare doorbells off a similar calibre. It seemed like a no brainier in the end, all that remained to be seen was if it worked well or not.I have to say it has exceeded all my expectations. All the features I use work perfectly and unlike some doorbells, it seems to connect almost instantly to the live feed when I’m out and about (although my fast Internet may have something to do with that😅) it’s been a dream to use, not missed a single delivery since installing. It’s always been easy to talk to whoever is at the door, the mic and speaker seem really good. Night vision is adequate for our daily well lit street, probably not much of a challenge though. The view is generally good, I opted to Mount on the wall with the 15°mount, so far hasn’t missed anything and can most of someone even if their right in front of the door. I always get notified quickly and can respond in time to catch who’s at the door. Notifications are easy to change, as is the range and area of movement sensing. Easy to manage the recordings too and after a month it’s barely used any of the 16gb storage so won’t have any issues there either. We do live on s quiet street so can’t comment on how well it would work if you lived on a main road. It is pottery large, especially when compared with the cheaper video doorbells, but not really much in it compared to the more expensive ring doorbells, it’s just a little narrower bit taller.All that said I honestly couldn’t ask for any more.

Very easy to set up, and very clear picture, and the good thing is no monthly fee, so far so good.

Bought this after reading reviews but also searching on Utube and watching videos of Eufy vs Ring or Nest and Eufy always come out on top with gr8 reviews. Had mine about 2 weeks now and it's been gr8, once ur connected to the WiFi and setup, the instructions aren't brilliant, didn't tell me how to sync the ringer and the doorbell, u have to add them as separate devices b4 u can sync them but once this was worked out it all synced and worked gr8. I've got the motion sensor turned up to max 5 and it picks up the postman just walking past my driveway so might need to turn that down a little but atm I like getting the notifications. The video quality is superb and speaking to someone via your phone is superb also, I'm guessing it works as well as ur WiFi is, so if u have poor WiFi u won't benefit as much, so make sure ur WiFi connection is good and this works fantastic. Never had an issue, easy to install, love it and the security my wife has when I'm out at work or at night, she loves it and feels a lot safer at home especially at night!!!And it's gr8 that I don't have to pay a monthly subscription like u do for the Nest or Ring which are also way over £250 for the better models. The Eufy I got on special from Amazon was meant to be £179 but got it for £119 so an absolute bargain for 2k resolution, Ring only has 1080p so Eufy has way better video quality which is a must for night vision

Bought this after previous disappointment with the other popular brand and found this to be a far better product overall great picture, real time notifications, easy setup and no subscription fees wins hands down against R.I.N.G

I liked the video quality, good app, subscription free.I have multiple eufy products over the last 3 years but this doorbell has been the most unreliable by far. In less than 2 years I've had 2 major faults which need the unit to be replaced. The most recent fault is that is appears to just go offline even with a full battery. The reset button is not working so I'm forced to plug it into a USB charge to "wake up" the device, only for it go offline again 24hours later (batter or hard wired).As only 1 year warranty is provided you are reliant on the Consumer Rights to get any sort of replacement/repair. Fundamentally it's impossible to recommend this product from my view as I am risk of losing my money after less than 2 years

We bought this doorbell camera to replace our Ring doorbell and was attracted to Eufy because of previous reviews and no monthly subscription. The overall picture quality is brilliant and setup was easy. We cannot comment on the durability as we have only owned it for two weeks but so far we very impressed with quality.

Great product easy to install no add on cost like ring would fully rccomend

I bought this to replace my existing Ring doorbell, as I liked that the video clips were held on the base station in my own home, and not on the cloud.Easy to set up, and I was soon viewing the doorbell camera via my phone.However, when it came to setting it up with Alexa, it simply wasn't up to scratch.Even set to the lowest resolution, the Alexa-shown video frequently stopped and buffered, and at no time was it less than 5 seconds delayed from reality. To put this in perspective, I can have real-time conversations via the Ring doorbell I'd planned to replace with it. Also, the sound was occasionally out of synch with the video, by a second or more.I tried many different settings, but with minimal improvement. Similar performance whether the Homebase was connected by ethernet or wifi.I am pretty certain it is not my network or Alexa kit, as the Ring doorbell works perfectly under the same circumstances.So if you want a doorbell you can use with your phone or tablet, this device is great - hence the 3 stars. However, if you want to use it with Alexa, they need to do a lot more development first.Fortunately, I knew to test it all out before actually fixing it to the wall, so mine is now all packaged up and going back to Amazon for a refund.

Nachdem wir die Blink Video Doorbell ausprobiert hatten und uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten gestört hatten (siehe meine Rezession unter Blink Video Doorbell), haben wir uns für diese Eufy Klingel als Alternative entschieden. Wir haben bewusst die „generalüberholte“ Variante gewählt, weil wir zum einen nicht so viel Geld für eine Türklingel ausgeben wollten und wir zum anderen die Klingel mit dem vorhandenen Klingeldraht benutzen wollten. D.h., der Zustand des Akkus, der bei dieser generalüberholten Version evtl. schon etwas „gelitten“ haben könnte, war uns relativ egal. Wobei an dieser Stelle erwähnt sei, dass die komplette Klingel, angefangen von der Verpackung, über die Homebase, bis hin zu den Kabeln, in einem 1a Zustand bei uns angekommen ist. Auch am Akku war nichts zu bemängeln.Nun aber zur Klingel:Zuerst haben wir die entsprechende Eufy App heruntergeladen und ein Konto angelegt. Dann konnten wir die Klingel und die Homebase einrichten. Dies war sehr einfach und selbsterklärend.Anschließend montierten wir die Klingel (Mit einer zusätzlich erworbenen 35 Grad Halterung. Im Lieferungumfang ist zwar eine 15 Grad Halterung, diese reichte uns aber nicht.) neben unserer Haustür und schlossen sie an den vorhandenen Klingeldraht (8 Volt) an. In der App sprang die Anzeige, die normalerweise den Akkustand anzeigt auf das Stecker-Symbol um und zeigte somit die Stromversorgung per Kabel an. Auch unser mechanischer, alter Gong funktionierte somit weiterhin. Dann haben wir noch schnell die Klingel in unserem Echo Show 8 integriert und eine Routine eingerichtet, so dass wir dort, wenn jemand klingelt, sofort sehen können, wer vor der Tür steht. (Sofort bedeutet allerdings, dass es schon 3-4 Sekunden dauert, bis das Bild da ist. Aber ich glaube das ist bei jeder Klingel so, die man mit einem Echo verbindet. Zumindest war es bei der von uns getesteten Blink Vodeo Doorbell genauso.)Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass wir nicht über unseren Echo mit dem Besucher vor der Tür sprechen können. Mit der Blink war das möglich. Aber vielleicht haben wir auch noch nicht die richtige Einstellung gefunden.😃Über die App ist aber eine Kommunikation mit einem Besucher problemlos möglich.Die Personenerkennug dieser Eufy Klingel ist super und auch bei Gegenlicht sind Gesichter noch gut zu erkennen.Es wird wirklich nur eine Aufnahme gestartet, wenn eine Person erkannt wird. Wenn unser Hund durch den Kamerabereich läuft, wird nichts aufgezeichnet. Somit hat man auch nicht unzählige Videos auf der Homebase abgespeichert.Die, auf der mitgelieferten Homebase, aufgenommenen Videos können dann in der App angesehen und auch gelöscht werden. Hier ist also kein (Cloud-)Abo, welches zusätzliche Kosten verursachen würde, notwendig.Positiv zu erwähnen sei auch noch kurz, dass, sobald die Kamera eine Person erkennt, ein blaues Licht die Klingeltaste markiert und Besucher sehen können, wo sie drauf drücken müssen.Wir sind also bisher sehr zufrieden mit dieser Video-Türklingel!

Bin sehr zufrieden 😊 sie macht was sie soll. Trotz geringem Signal, keine Probleme mit der Übertragung. Gute Aufnahmen, egal ob Tag oder Nacht. Zu dem Akkuverbrauch kann ich noch nichts sagen.

Die Türklingel ist prima. Sehr gute Hardwarequalität. Die Bildqualität ist sowohl am Tag als auch in der Nacht sehr gut. Die App ist allerdings wenig intuitiv und sollte dringend überarbeitet werden. Gleiches gilt für den Suport. Zuerst erhält man eine computergeneriert (KI) Reaktion, die nicht ansatzweise eine Lösung bietet. Dann muss man das Verfahren "eskalieren" und erhält erst 4 Tage später eine Antwort. Blöd nur, wenn die betreffende Frage während der Installation auftritt. Insofern bin ich sehr dankbar über die Hilfe der anderen Käufer, die mir auf meine Frage hier bei Amazon sehr rasch geantwortet haben.

Funktioniert einwandfrei. Installation war mit einfach. Bilder bzw. Filme haben auch in der Nacht eine gute Qualität.Empfehlenswert.

Ich hatte versehentlich eine gebrauchte Klingel bestellt und wurde dann leider auch enttäuscht. Es fehlte der Stift zum öffnen der Doorbell Rückseite um an den Sync Knopf zukommen. Der Knopf muss mind. 2 Sekunden gedrückt werden bis ein Piepton kommt. Dieser Ton kam leider nicht. Ich hatte mir auch auf der Homepage von Eufy Hilfe gesucht, aber alle Versuch scheiterten. Die Doorbell konnte nicht mit der Homebase verbunden werden. Die Befestigung der Doorbell war auch verschmutz. Unter "Generalüberholt" stelle ich mir was anderes vor. Ging gleich wieder zurück!
