Bought used like new from Amazon Warehouse. A lot of reviews say that the unit doesnt hold pressure. I had to screw the wheel very tight to get the pressure to hold. Their customer service said it sounds normal but they are going to send me a new wheel just in case which I appreciate. So for anyone having issue with it holding pressure, try to tighten down some more on the wheel. Then you have to really pump the thing, I mean it takes a lot of effort to get it up to pressure. That is normal too. I keep pumping it until there is no more wooshing sound and there is a lot of resistance on the arm, then is gives great results. Hope this helps. Once you do those things, this is a very good product and amazing value for money.

Well packaged and well constructed, it required very little assembly (bolt on the rubber suction cup feet and plug in the heating plates), and was in use within 15 minutes of opening the box. It's very simple to use, and performed as advertised.

This is a great value press. It has plenty of pressure and heats up quickly. It's a bit on the small side, but that's a benefit for me personally as I don't have a lot of space. The reason for the 4 star rating is the plates were not oriented correctly out of the box. It was easy to fix with maybe 10 minutes and an allen wrench. This could have been due to damage while shipping because the box was pretty beaten up, but it's worth noting. Otherwise I couldn't be happier! Great product!

I recently purchased the Dulytek DHP5. This is basically a plug and play product; connecting the two snap-in heater plugs and sticking the power cord into the machine and the wall. It took longer to unpack and remove all the tape and bubble wrap than it was in setting the machine up. I did have a question to about the product after I had received it, and had a customer response within an hour or so, which completely cleared up my query. This little machine is a workhorse! I have been pressing between 5 and 7 grams. Plates heat up pretty evenly speed-wise and once they hit their assigned temps they appear to maintain those temps well. The starter kit that came with the basic machine was nice, since I didn't have anything starting out. For what I got, I am very happy.

The overall machine is good quality. Electronics are good and keep a consistant temp. Problem I have been having is with the bottle jack. Does not keep a constant pressure. Tried removing the jack and jacking it up to the maximum height then a few extras pumps. This helped some but still will loose pressure over a short time. I rated this 3 star for the bottle jack being sub par the rest of the press.

I bought the Dulytek DHP5 Hydraulic heat press and i love it. It has a thick, sturdy body that can hold up to the 5 tons of pressure. I have never used a rosin press before, I thought it would be complicated. But this machine is easy to use. My very first time pressing I got a 17% yield. I would recommend the Dulytek DHP5 to anyone looking to start pressing. I love this machine. Just an update. On Saturday April 17th I went to press some flower and it was broken already. The power light turns on but the display panel won't work.

One of the hotplates had come off during shipping. Destroyed the styrofoam, damaged both plates and ripped the ground wire in half. I'm leaving such a harsh one star, because of all the styrofoam that exploded out of the box(ridiculous and took forever to clean because i am temporarily wothout a vacuum). Such a waste of resources and time due to poor quality control, and/or lazy assemblers. The unit looks nice and semi low profile. Just sucks for me I guess. Now I'll sit here and wait till I get the refund to order a different one. Thanks Dulytek.

This device is easy to use and really good results. I have been experimenting with different techniques and temps but figuring it out. Don't be discouraged if first attempt isn't satisfactory. The key is stuffing the micron bag. It comes with everything else you need to get started. I am really impressed. Please like the review as Dulytek gives gifts to spread the word. Get one and soon you will be on your way!
