Advocare SPARK Energy Drink - 14 Single Serving Packets

I've tried just about every energy product that comes along at least once. Most are just a bunch of sugar and caffeine that taste bad, are high in calories, and leave you with a sugar crash after only a short period of time. Not Advocare Spark. Tastes pretty good, low in calories, kicks in quickly, and no sugar crash. I think its the best thing going right now.

A friend recommended this to me instead of drinking 5 cups of coffee a day to maintain my energy and mental focus. This is the only "energy" product I have ever tried. I find that you do not need coffee as it does have a little caffeine in it and I do not need to have an afternoon snack.Simply a great product.

I really like that this product offers a alternate to coffee/energy shot. However, it is just way too sweet for me. It tastes like super sweet Tang. I realize I could just water it down more but as a product it just doesn't need to be so incredibly sugary tasting. I wish they would make a plain or low sweetener option.. when something claims no sugar (even though it is a substitute) I'm not expecting it to taste like Kool-aid... maybe they make one that I'm not aware of.... if so I would buy, it seems like a great product!

I like the drink it does give you energy, without feeling any jitters. Unfortunately, whatever flavor they send you get. I got tangerine, not a big fan. They should let you know what flavors they have available. will not order from this place again.

2 years later, and I still have it in my pantry. Too fruity for me, but kids might like it. Just didn't give me the kick I wanted to put up with the kook-aid flavor.

Overpriced junk! Advocate products are mega hype machine driven. Good campaign for cheaply made,ho- him lo-tech product line =great profit and zero benefit to user. Don't be a sheep. These aren't really your friends pushing this junk on you, and soon as u say "no", they disappear like a very in the wind. No I have no reason to badmouth this product other than the fact that I got duped into buying this from a "friend" who sells it. What a scam! Be warned!

I love advocare's spark. I have been using it for over 10 yrs now. Great flavor's and really works!

Always tasted great. Effects however were iffy at best.
