Pretty Little Liars: Season 4

Pretty Little Liars is my "Guilty Little Pleasure" at 25 years of age i feel as if I should be way outgrown or 'too old' for the story line, but I just have to say it is way fun. The acting of Troian Bellisario who plays an intense Spencer really draws you in. I find myself hanging on her every last word. Lucy Hale who plays Aria is a bit of a mystery to me, sometimes I'm even suspicious if she is in cahoots with "A" or "A" herself, but ultimately the character is well developed and has many complex layers. On the surface Hannah Marian played by Ashley Benson seems like your typical self shallowed brat but as you get to know her you realize she's just the girl next door with a heart of gold. Finally, Emily Fields played by Shay Mitchell is the most delicate character and the most surprising. You may think she's the weakest of the group but watch out there, you are sadly mistaken!I love kicking back & catching up the PPL because, its a fun mystery story where the drama never stops! It is an excellent distraction from my real life worries and gives me something to ponder. "Who killed Allison?" "Who is 'A'?" and "Why?"

As described unless you’re have a DVD player that’ll let you play movies from foreign country you won’t be able to watch this. Luckily I got the PS5 and it let me changed my region. If you have a PS5 it’s playable after changing your region dvd setting.

Once I started this series on Netflix and watched it from the beginning, I was a bit hooked. It's full of just enough mystery and twists to keep me interested.The reason I give this series only 3 stars is because there have been several times I almost swore it off for good due to the weak/stupid characters and bad acting.The premise of the show is that a group of high school girls are being harassed, manipulated and threatened by a mysterious person who identifies themselves as -A, mostly through texts. -A is assumed to be another teenager their age, or at the most, a college aged student, and female. -A always seems to be around to take damning pictures of them in compromising situations and has proven to be very good as always being there when they least expect. The stupidity comes into play when the girls never seem to consider changing their phone numbers or blocking -A's texts, never seem to see reason and confess all to their parents or the police, never seem to catch on that -A is watching their every move and listening to their every conversation and adopt more covert planning strategies or think to set -A up with any real effort. Numerous times they have been right on top of -A and instead of being smart and giving chase or trapping her, they flee and run in the other direction like, well, little girls. The girls are weak and always play the victim. None of them actually grow a spine and no one seems to realize if they just turned -A in she would no longer have any power over them. But then I guess you wouldn't have a show.The show is for teenage girls obviously, because it isn't very intelligent, but that also makes it a little insulting to teenage girls.I will continue watching and hope it gets better. If by the end of this current season it hasn't written the main characters any smarter or stronger- I'll be done. I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone else. There are much better shows out there to be addicted to.

Pretty Little Liars is a fresh look at the life of 4 teenage girls in high school and her peers. It presents their daily interaction with their parents and siblings, with their school peers, with the neighborhood, their crushes and first experiences with boys, their adolescent dreams, troubles, and sexual questions and awakening. They also have to deal with a situation that could affect their lives for the rest of it-the supposed murder of one of the girls who became friends with them, they have to make a pact and keep it a secret, and they have to live their lives scared of someone who is pestering them and harassing them. So, this makes this series a mystery-a "who dun it". It makes you feel with the girls their daily dealing with this situation and you also would like to know what really happened, who is the person that is harassing them, and how they will solve the problem.Very entertaining, it presents subject matters that are controversial very well, and it keeps you guessing to the end.

Well its hard to sum up, but if you seen S.1 & 2 & 3 then you already know that the dvd S.4 picks up where S.3 left off. You will need to watch S.1 & 2 & 3 first before you watch this season or you would be lost lol. I love the series, its amazing. But everyone has different taste. On S.4 the girls (Aria,Hanna,Spencer,Emily) are still on a rollar coaster of messy situations. Hanna&Ashley(Hanna's mom) get into some trouble, while Aria&Ezra are on a break...Spencer has been through a lot but is coming around to her old self & Emily&Paige seem to be doing fine.. the girls find a lot more clues in this season...and it eventually leads them to figure out who "red coat" is and if Alison is really dead or not. There is a so much more but I dont want to spoil it, lol.

We no longer subscribe to cable television so I cannot watch Pretty Little Liars. This show is my guilty pleasure & I miss it! ABC Family's website only streams 1 episode at a time. If I miss watching it on time, I lose the episode! Bummer!I missed this episode & I first went to iTunes. It was one dollar cheaper to purchase this video on Amazon. It was also MUCH easier to purchase & watch this video. iTunes takes a long time to download & iTunes runs very slowly on my computer. I was amazed at how easy it was to watch this video.This episode was great. It continued the story line & introduced a new crisis that the ladies must now work through. Like I said, this show is a guilty pleasure & it's great to know that I can grab a missed episode on Amazon if I need to!

To say im Obsessed with Pretty Little Liars is an understatement, it is a fabulous tv show with great twists. Although 'A' isn't revealed the story never gets boring or old it constantly keep you on your toes. The story follow the journey of Aria, Hanna, Spencer and Emily hunting for their mystery hater, A reveals themselves in a red coat and so they hunt is on for the girl in the red coat. If you like a mystery you must watch this season as you will be hooked and wont want to stop.

Boring question that I heard still drags on (who watches that after so many seasons) - everybody was A already. Can't imagine that somebody still likes it after season 3. We could not sruvive till season 4, we quit in the middle of season 3 as we all started to fall asleep. How could thay make such boring TV show out of such a promising beginning? Really

Brilliant this has become one of my fave TV programmes caught it on the TV and was so funny absolutely brilliant ! very good for your money and arrived quickly would definitely recommend ! although its okay watching it on the laptop i wanted to buy this so i could watch it on the big tv instead. perfect

On the second disc and disc one and 2 so far have been skipping or stopping. Poor disc quality! And for what I paid aswell. So not buying from this seller again! Completely and utterly disappointed. Especially as this is one of my favourite programmes!!!
